If you watch Harry Potter 1 to 3 you can see that he was that child who wanted to be friends with the trio. But since the first time he offered friendship to Harry and got rejected, he continued to feed off that rejection. This happens often in real life. That's why we should be kind to everyone especially when whe don't even know the person yet.

Harry has most memories with hagrid,Ron,Hermione and his friends but Fred was always by George’s side from when they where born and have done everything together. Open the jokeshop, share stuff, go to hogwarts together, ect but now Fred is gone so George has the run the jokeshop by himself, has is own stuff, and go to hogwarts thinking this is where his twin dided
Harry was a baby and didn't really know his parents that well. His memories are from years ago and are happy memories.

When Harry first met Draco at Madam Malkin's, Draco was openly dismissive of Hagrid (calling him Savage and insulting him) and thought too highly of himself. This reminded Harry of his own cousin Dudley and he (Harry) had no intention of putting up with another Dudley. In their 2nd meeting, Draco openly insults Ron Weasley (who ironically had befriended Harry earlier), thus ruining his chance of befriending Harry.

Maybe George's patronus is a silver shadow of himself who then replicates into an identical version of the first figure. The two silver figures are independent from each other, yet they always decide to stay close to one another❤
