Closing and opening is a problem. I mean if a person die and don't come back to verify anything then you get funds. If I hear someone is in hospital on he's death bed I'll probably try and get all he's funds and after a few days I'll be running away with he's coins
Regardless of whether a person continues responding or never answers again, their funds are safe under both Hydra and Hydrozoa. They will never lose anything that they brought into the head and didn't consent to give away.
Hydrozoa will have the exact _same_ security properties as Hydra. This is a high-priority objective for the project, and we've carefully designed the protocol to ensure that none of our optimizations degrade its security.
