Nice reaction man. I appreciated your perspective. Music is always in the eye of the beholder, but for me, I thought this song was the journey of therapy. All the shit we pack deep down, the paint you go through trying to deal with those demons that make you the person that you do not want to be, and the possibility of working through it all. I think that last part is why it seems up beat and inspirational. Also, there is no one way to make a sound with a guitar or any instrument anymore considering all of the editing help you can get from a computer, but historically, that sound you were talking about with the pitch harmonic, you can get that dive with a bridge like a floyd rose bridge that you can crash on. If you lift up on the bridge, it will cause the pitch to drop, if you push down it will cause the pitch to go higher.
Yar I cant say weve all gone through understanding the demons that try to pull at us but how you come out on the otherside is what counts and its always nice to see people comeout on the more positive side of things. I remember back in the day people were using those POD devices and making mario sounds with their guitar but I never went so deep into understanding the difference in bridges.
