Tim, my husband loves watching you and he is actually using some of your techniques to work on our home. This is his first time ever attempting to build a home by himself. As of this month we have been living and working in an on our home 2 yrs 10 months. We work on our home like you and Megan paycheck by paycheck. You, Megan and the boys are our inspiration.
My husband actually started our process with a string for measurements, a hammer and nails. Now that he has a little better job he has a few more tools.
My husband has started trying to say a man ain’t got no business in broken English! He is trying though.
We wish we lived closer so that we could fellowship with you all. Megan I love your walk and talks. I also draw and feel your inspiration as well as my husband said that he would leave his church and follow. Your family feels like our family!

Over the last month or so, I have binge watched all your past videos episodes-- I'm finally current. I Love the I.A.G Farms Family channel. I look forward every week to seeing what happens next on your Faith walk with God and establishing your new home (EMMA) and the entire renovation process. Emma is slowly coming together. What a great transformation. I think I'm finally warming up to Mr. Tim's sense of humor but he was definitely serious about his crown molding (and us minding our own business >> but I'm doing so with a smile). I also Love those segments when you both throw in your "A Man Ain't Got No Business -vs- A Women Ain't Got No Business Analogy and Banter ". Keep being you. You make us feel like family. The blinds look amazing. We learned a lesson for putting up blinds also. Didn’t know that they needed to be a little longer than the opening.

Everything is coming along nicely. I believe you should be able to choose your own home decor, ie curtains, rugs, pictures etc w/o the interference of anyone. You know your style better than anyone. Keep up the great work.

Excellent choice of the faux wood blinds. They just make your house look tailored. Opposed to the plastic ones that start sagging after you peep through them 😂 I love it! ❤

The blinds looks really nice ❤ You can take the bottom slats out at the kitchen window so it doesn’t have all the excess at the bottom
Yes, in last slat at bottom of blind their are two or three plastic buttons you are able to remove and to clip the string and remove slats to correct window length. 🙂 It looks lovely !
Yes it will make them look So much finished and So complete by removing the extra slats I do this with my blinds

Those blinds look like icing on a cake!! Wow!! Just gorgeous!! Y’all’s happiness is contagious!! I decided not to put any curtains or wallpaper in when we moved. I just got tired of cleaning the curtains each week n it made it easier to clean blinds. As I’m getting older I’m tired of cleaning. Lol I enjoy watching y’all each week!! Y’all are hard workers!! The blind look wonderful. As an FYI you can remove the excess slats to make the blinds fit your window heighth on the shorter windows.

My daddy of all girls (4) built our home garage he was a jack of all trades master of none. He helped his neighbors and taught us older girls so much. Yesterday I put new flooring in our kitchen and I hear my daddy all the time

Family…💕🙏🏽 I have these same exact blinds in my house I was concerned when I went to purchase them I was told they stopped selling the blinds with the string I had never seen this kind before but I love the wood look as well the cleanliness look of the no string. I was concerned how you lift and lower them that they would not last well total opposite have had them about six or seven years bought them from Home Depot as well and love them and they do help with managing heat for sure…!!!!!!! My blinds also look GREAT..!!! I live in California in a very hot place 110+ degree in the summer DONT know how I made it with out them.. And they are VERY DURABLE…!!!!!! so very happy for your family they look GREAT… GOD IS SO GOOD….🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏽🙏🏽

When you order them that’s what they have to do sometimes in the factory is cut them to your measurements. Every window in homes are not the same. So they have to be cut to the homeowners measurements. In the store that’s why they can use the machine they have to cut them for you. So it’s a standard request they have. Good job on the blinds Meagan and Tim you get a great job too for putting them up. ❤

You're doing an excellent job! We paint our crown molding before installing it. Mix the paint with a little spackling then cover tge holes and seams. This saves time on cutting in and taping. The paint tends to drip no matter what. Thus reminds me of us post Katrina. We lived in our home while renovating it. I'm like Maegan, very motivating. You guys really compliment each other the way you work together.

I think that I forgot to say:"remove as many slats as needed to get to the desired height...then leave at least two spaces of the strings where the slats were. Then put everything back together. You can do it Tim. You guys remind me of family and friends from the south. Though I was born in the country, my bestie would ask"on what street". Because I don't act country, like Maegan.
