This is the best decision my husband and I ever made. The Lord showed us this is the best way to raise our family. My daughters do school online, here in Ontario its allowed now, very grateful.

There are so many things i could apply that to in our society today.
My grandfather and three of my uncles were carpenters and masons.They built half the town they lived nearby.
All four built their own house, their kids houses and some of their grandkids houses.
They had their own subdivision about 5 miles out of town on 63 acres.
Today's video brought back so many memories of those days and hearing their stories.

If anyone takes offence at you guys. They are blind. I find your family so loving and caring. You are a unit that works so well together. Love your stories and the kids reactions. As for teaching, most kids will never understand most of what you are teaching with the farmworkers. Just keep your beliefs and values and your boys will follow, then their families will follow. What a beautiful thought to see generations follow such wonderful values.

So true men have lost the basic skills of survival. U have to be self sufficient. Sitting idle waiting on a free meal in this country we see to often. If u don't know ask learn. Trade school. The Library is open six days a week most places. Oh shut my little rant sorry IAG.

You both are doing a great job with the boys! Retired teacher here, and I would encourage you to teach them about money. Maybe an allowance for working around the yard, even if it’s a dollar, or play money. Once they reach $20, they could go to Dollar Tree for $5, allow for tithes, and put the rest away to save. Maybe give each a piggy bank to keep on their desk. Finances is such a major part of life, and I always included it in my classroom management. I even had check books for each of my elementary classes, and you can get them from the banks for free. I also opened my own children their own bank account with my name, and taught them about finances and credit scores. These Things should be mandatory in our curriculums, but that’s the beauty of homeschooling, you can take and elevate their learning. Thank y’all for sharing your lives. I’ve been watching for a few months now and have fallen in love with your family it is so wonderful to watch a Godly man guiding his family. My daughters attended school online. Luckily, I started my consulting business back in 2007. Fortunately, I could take on projects that allowed me to be available for my daughters. My daughters began their high school years online, and once per week, they went on-site. Now, after all these years, my daughter graduated from college in early 2023 with a degree in business administration and entrepreneurship, and my other daughter will graduate in 2024 with a degree in Biology, studying to be a veterinarian.

Good morning IAG Farm. I'm 72, I believe the best years of my life were when we would go cut wood, chop and throw it in the basement where we had a wood burner. It was the best heat. Great chat today and agree 100% about men working. So happy Megan will get her laundry room done soon, Benjamin will have a lot of dirty clothes ❤🥰🥰🙏🙏

I have been a subscriber since last spring. I love what you are doing with your family, home, and land. I do have one one thing that worries me that I am led to share. While cooking, please keep pot and pan handles turned inward away from the edge of the stove. I realize it may sound funny, but as a wife and mother myself, I realize even the simplest things can become our worst nightmare. I can't tell you how much wood I had to cut with axe and a wood saw I came from a family of six and my Daddy quite using the chain saw so I was in charge of the wood 🗝️😃❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I wish I could have a wood stove now Hard work won't hurt a child it will teach them how to work hard when they get get older ♥️♥️♥️♥️

That's a really good idea Megan. I never thought about heating the coffee creamer before I put it in the coffee. I'm going to start doing that because my coffee always gets warm after pouring the cold creamer in it. Then I have to reheat it.
