Definitely affordable for the average homeowner, as long as you know how to maintain them each year. With this locomotive back in operation since last year, I now need to remind myself to rotate the two trainsets, although I could also try making an inner and outer circle to run both.
@@davidng2336 When I set mine up around the Christmas tree, I form it as a square layout. I also have the smokey canyon express set up underneath one of my lionel train tables in my basement, I set that up as an oval layout. My grandfather helps me maintain the trains since we are both into the same hobby.

Not that I am aware of.
Will I have and they are hard to find areplacement s so I Wish that the gears are made out of medal now that will be cool right ?
@@newbright2629 if you need a new engine, there’s plenty on ebay. Just make sure they’re actually in good condition.
