    'pay for performance' for CSRs I understand enough. How does one apply 'pay for performance' for the technicians in the field? for example, they receive 25% of the job

    Tommy, I bring in my 28 million dollar hvac company $1.5 million thru emails I send. This is just part of my responsibilities day to day and they pay me 25 per hour am I shafting myself? Sometimes I wonder. (We're on ST.)
