How to fry cheese samosas

This is how we do it…and it works!
The trick is hot oil (190deg C) and to keep it moving. Don’t let it sit for too long without being moved around and if you fry from frozen, “rest” it for a couple mins after you take it out of the oil so that the cheese melts evenly from the temp inside.
My cheese filling recipe is on a previous video, I don’t add crushed potato chips or cornflour etc, just cheese and chilli.
I buy my samosa pastry, any good pastry will work.
