wintertodt world hopping - over 400k xp/hr and faster crates

wintertodt scouter plugin from runelite is very helpful for seeing worlds, and easily hopping to them. having an alt to heal pyromancers is beneficial but not needed.
58-60% is the latest you want to join a world before getting 500 points becomes rng based
fletching is mandatory for hopping worlds

the second that you get the crate/big xp drop, you can hop worlds, if you do before then, you lose a lot of the xp/hr
