I am so happy watching Brians reaction because he is experiencing the same things I did before I embraced Islam. After my first visit to the Mosque I became addicted to it and kept coming back till I decided to convert and be able to join our sisters in Islam in prayer... I can't wait for Brian and Michael to finally find peace in their hearts and see the beauty of Islam. It made me cry to hear Brian say he wanted to join the prayer. Its so emotional, I can see the calm and peace in your dry face. Ranadan is the best month for me to come very close to myself. Detox my body and soul. I can understand the importance of food and water. I can feel the pain of poor people who are struggling to get food on the table. It helps me greatly to control my anger and all other bad influences and keep me away from sin. Brothers, remember, ramadan also teaches us to share food with others. The Yemeni guy, who invited you for Iftar did the right thing, he showed you the true muslim culture, he is blessed by Allah to have a great opportunity to obey the sunnah. May Allah forgive us and guide us to the right path.

The most important thing is Ramadan strengthens our faith in Allah... Anyone can eat or drink secretly but they don't cause we starve the whole day knowing that Allah is seeing us.... And this is Islam

Let me tell you that you must break your fast before maghrib prayer you have to break with water and dates , right after listening maghrib salat.It's Sunnah of our Holy Prophet .And after prayer you can eat more. It is about to keep distances from haram things that is prohibited in Islam.. It is the fasting of eyes to prevent it from watching bad things, it is the fasting of brain to prevent it from waswas, it is the fasting of our heart to prevent it from having bad interpretations about other people..It is the fasting of our whole body from impure things... In short it is the month in which we Muslims become spiritually strong and physically clean...
We can detox ourselves from bad addictions in this sacred month, it is such a blessing to Muslims..
