The easiest way to get 10 cs per minute is taking jungle camps, preferably the enemys camps, if you take your own your jungler might afk.

Having a longer video is all right, as long as you deem what you say to be important, I still learned a lot despite being a support main so I will accept giving up 6 extra minutes of my life.
That said could you go further on the concept of effectively spending your time? I find myself, and my fellow headless mates in silver, not knowing what to do. No objectives on the map, our jungle is cleaned, enemy jungle is without vision, team is split up with people all going their own way and there in mid me and adc stands still because I cannot ward without backup and all lanes were pushed in so there was no where to farm. It happens a lot.
For me, a noob who have never experienced high elo play, I cannot fathom what the "flow" of the game should be. It would be helpful if you would shine your high elo chad grace upon us poor unfortunate souls and teach us "How do I determine what I should do next?"
