By reviewing everything that Smith has presented and done and publicly releasing the findings as they're exposed keeps the narrative in the news. My guess is that she'll have all her findings for dismissal all laid out, recommendations for disciplinary action all ready for public release just a couple weeks before the election when it will hurt the democrats most
