President Trump had the legal ability to declassify documents. NONE of the others had that right legally. So no, Trump should not go to jail for that. The others absolutely should.

All I know about is him having documents that he de classified as President and/or were declassified while he was President that were within his right to take as President and because he's been President, so he was legally allowed to take them with him. That and he kept the documents locked up in a room that was also locked. They are declassified so he should be able to show them to people but it's my understanding that he chose not to because he felt that despite being declassified they had some information in them he still felt could possibly be desirable to some Countries. I just wish I was surprised that the same people who wanted to vote in Hillary Clinton despite all of the evidence she destroyed that she was supposed to turn over for her case and then finding actual Classified Documents in Biden's garage taken from when he wasn't even President yet and had no right to them. It's ridiculous that a judge can pick an arbitrary amount for Trump to pay claiming he inflated the worth of properties that the Banks did their own due diligence on when the Bank testified themselves that everything was fine and everyone won from a deal that has been finished for years. All I see are a bunch of people who are angry at a man they used to invite to every Democrat get together and try to get money for their campaigns from and is now the man they're trying to destroy instead while just blatantly ordering him to hand over as much money as they think even might be there to squeeze out. Proving that none of them have any idea how to run a legitimate business let alone a Court Room or Country.
