As Tamara said the last words, now I know that I judge him bcs I'm struggling with that too.. I always judge my self for not working hard enough. I judge myself for being lazy. Im gonna try to be soft with myself and my boyfriend too, that we'll be better, we'll figure out everything, and we should be more compassionate. Thank you Calm..

Me too! I went out the other week to get food and I told my husband that I felt so in control because I didn't have to deal with rude people and demanding children! So glad It's not just me x
I don't think that I can add anything that hasn't been said. However, I would like to say that Ms. Levitt's voice is as sweet and lush as a basket of Peaches fresh from the tree on a warm summer day. I am not sure I will ever get enough of this voice. She feels like a beautiful spirit and as a visual thinker the image that accompanies her voice in my imagination is breathtaking.
Gosh amazed that you described a real daily experience for me of my irritation at noisy eaters and my judgement of this indicating greed. I now have a framework to deal with MY problem. Thank you 🙏🏻

I have very little patience for meditation, so I was very frustrated trying to get through this video until 11:20 when you mentioned how others practice self-care during meditation differently than you do. If I allow myself that type of comfort and self care during meditation, maybe I can do it too
This was amazing, I struggle with back and neck pain that makes laying down so uncomfortable tho its the only way I can meditate This may have not relaxed those muscles fully but helped me not get bothered by the pain (which is a struggle when I try to meditate) I let go And the advice was something I needed to hear, thank you
