I would •mount• 2 jacks on the switch panel (1 for welding lead & 1 for ground) to weld items that do not fit between the jaws, or are too big (such as a car, appliance, or portable battery packs). •Mount• a switch to choose the output port. An LED light source to illuminate the workpiece would be helpful too!
Good job on a useful tool!

Beware of metal poisoning when welding! Galvanized metal must be thoroughly cleaned using an abrasive or chemical means to remove the galvanized coating before welding or burning. Brazing and soldering can also cause metal poisoning due to exposure to lead, zinc, copper, or cadmium.

This system is an "open system". At 2,000 volts, there is no ground like you would have on a 120V system. If this thing grounds, there is nothing to trip a circuit breaker! It will continue to pour out 2,000V if it ever comes into contact with the ground. This could result in serious injuries or even death. Please use a rubber matt underneath the device and be extra, extra careful. New subscriber, I like the way you take your viewers step, by step as you build.
Edit; It's recommended the use a deadmans switch, like a foot pedal, that would instantly shut the power off to the spot welder.

When I didn't remove the old windings, the output was 2000 volts. But when I replaced it, it was only 3.2 volts. I only need ampherage.

Used a piece of mahogany for that?
