4:02 i have a suggestion: insert the popsicle sticks just after you close the mold (mould?), and use clothespins or tiny binder clips to hold them at the desired height.... it then becomes a 'set it, forget it' setup, you're not fiddling with the freezing process in the middle

YUM!!! I've done the spike version in the taller shot glasses (w/ a cherry on the bottom, so when you run the shot under warm water to get it out, the cherry is on top). That is how I knew which pops were the spiked ones. :)) I use dark and light rum.
