I think it’s better to think of it as it’s own thing, kinda like how chicken tikka masala was made by an Indian chef In the UK, most Americans know that Italian American food isn’t the real deal authentic stuff though, Anyway I hope one day I will get to travel to Italy and try the authentic food, greetings to your country😊
