I order gluten-free crust and no cheese. Cheese and gluten are not good for you at all.

@@snagireddy3283 at most it’s twice the amount of cheese than in a normal pizza, which isn’t even a bad thing since pizzas are meant to be shared with a group. Besides, being generous with ingredients is a good thing.

Yeah that places does it a little incorrect on the stuffed pizza. It goes 1st dough, toppings, cheese, 2nd dough, and then sauce. I'm an Italian Chicago native who has worked at 7 different pizza places, and all of them did it the way I just stated
They should call it the heart attack pizza 🍕. With that much cheese anyone with high blood pressure and or high cholesterol is gambling with their life if they eat it.
It’s just cheese… by the standards of the usual American diet there’s nothing particularly bad about it
@@thinkpad20 it’s terrible for people with cardiovascular disease though. For healthy people maybe it’s ok but you know most Americans nowadays are fat. I am one of them. However I am slimming down now.
