Hi and welcome to my UA-cam channel! My name is Sunny and I'm a singer-songwriter from Toronto, Canada.
Ariel Posen is one of my favourite artists cause he's a killer guitar player and equally amazing songwriter. I've listened to his albums How Long and Headway countless times. And with the recent challenge I set myself for learning slide, I decided to put everything into practice through one of my favourite Posen tracks, Heart by Heart. And though it is very far from perfect, it taught me a lot about playing tricky guitar parts while singing.
Oh and tone-chasing was really fun as well. Here, I used the HX Stomp for the filter and the in-built octavia for the solo. Oh and my secret weapon from the HX Stomp - the Tube Mic Pre with the gain dimed.

Thank you for watching! I’m using a few different effects actually, a slapback delay, an autowah and a fuzz with the volume turned slightly down. I was just trying to get the tone that Ariel gets live :)

Hey man quick question, was it hard to put the heavy strings on and tune to B standard? I wanna do the some on my guitar but not sure if it will be a lot of work.

Hey! So I actually didn’t do the work. I have a luthier in my city who did the work for me. But he said that it wasn’t too hard. Just the nut and the neck needed adjustment.
