    This total body floor workout is a non-impact strength routine you can do to feel good inside and out. Doing this video consistently will help improve your posture, performance, and fitness level.
    This floor workout video works your total body without placing pressure on your feet and ankles. Its NO Impact, fun, challenging, uplifting, and all levels. This No Impact floor workout video is specially designed for those of you who are in need of some non-weight bearing exercise. It’s perfect if you are looking for:
    ✅ A workout you can do in your home or apartment with little space
    ✅ A workout video to stay in shape when traveling for work (makes working out in your hotel room fun and motivating!)
    ✅ A No Impact cross-training workout to balance high-impact workouts

    Thank you for this video! I am a huge fan of barre exercises and when I discovered floor barre it gave me a new challenge. I survived 11 minutes of this so I have some work to do, but it helped me identify where I'm weakest and that is what I needed to know.

    Hi Caroline, thank you for the awesome workout. I have a broken left foot and a strained right knee and foot but I am able to reasonably challenge myself with modifications. Also, you give very clear instructions which is really helpful. Thanks for the positive attitude!

    Just love it, I had trouble doing all the exercises right way through, but I'm going to do this workout every day until I master is. Its amazing.

    Another stellar video. Wondering if you could provide arm workouts, since they don't involve the feet/ankle per se? I know you love planks which works the shoulders, but if you can incorporate more upper arm stuff?

    Hey Caroline, two years ago I got an injury and was off work and training for weeks! This video saved my life, and my sanity. You didn't know it but you really made a huge difference. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to say thank you...especially since I still return to this workout regularly. It really helps with hip mobility for recovery and injury prevention. Its the bomb!     I have recently injured my foot so I need no impact and I am loving all your floor mat workouts. They make me feel like I can keep my strength up as my foot heals.

    I really like the exercices but I feel stretching is not enough efficient and not enough complete in general. Stretching is so important to help the body to recover from exercices.

    When you first were able to do a impact workout with both feet, which workout did you do
    I want to start correctly and not over do it. ( because I will)

    Caroline, OMG Love Your Style and Video's!!! So positive and healing. I underwent Juvenile Bunion Surgery 4 weeks ago. Now finally in a Boot but not able to be weight bearing. I work out everyday a lot being hiking with my puppies Lexi and Sven. Getting seriously anxious about being active and staying in shape and keeping my metabolism working. Thank you so much I feel great taking charge along with your upbeat guidance and knowledge. You have given me what I need to make it through this challenging time. I am going to share you with all my friends....

    After tearing the outer ligaments on my ankle (again) last week, this workout really made me feel like moving again. Thank you so much! Are there more of your workouts that can be done well with a still hurting and very swollen foot? I've got probably six more weeks to fill

    Caroline!! I'm so happy I found you!! Been suffering with foot pain for over a year. I thought it was arthritis and joint pain. I have an almost shattered sesamoid. I will be getting surgery soon. Have been doing your workouts DAILY. I love them! I've been sore and you kick my butt! You are so cute and I love your positive personality! So glad I found you!

      I just finished doing another of your workouts! Can't tell you enough how happy I am to have found your channel. I'm an ex fitness instructor, had a complete hysterectomy 7 yrs ago, and ended up gaining 30 lbs over the years and STOPPED exercising! I lost 30 lbs this year and have found my love for movement again. LOVE yoga, pilates, HIIT, hiking... so you can imagine how crushed I was to hear about my injury. YOU have given me hope to stay strong! I'm very nervous about my surgery, which I'm postponing due to an impending out of state trip. Anyway, might have been TMI... but I just love you!
