I have something to ask. I ordered an USB c to hdmi cable. I plugged my phone into the USB c and the hdmi cable to the tv. Nothing happen. I couldn't get it to play anything from my phone to the tv. Sharing video via a USB-C to HDMI cable will depend on the individual make and model phone. Not all phones have the hardware to output video via a cable like that.
There are wireless options to share content from an Android phone, such as a Google Chromecast or Roku streaming device.

Roku is a device (an object), you buy it once and attach it to the TV as shown in the video. The streaming services are things like UA-cam, Netflix, Hulu, etc. Some are free and some are pay for, but the costs are told to you when you sign up. If you don't want to pay the fee, don't give up your credit card number.
