    So the A45 AMG seems less of a daily driver than a McLaren Mp4. hm....

      With aftermarket front spoiler apparently.

      Calde Ailis Ya sorry that's what I meant. But he basically made his daily driver "worse" than the McLaren MP4 lol. But don't get me wrong, I love how it looks!

      +marcos spaapen - the word you need to use is "angle"... as in .. 45° angle..

  • @avp0713
    @avp0713 8 років тому +1

    Anybody with a bodykit should know that you approach speedbumps and/or driveways at a 45° angle... no problem then.

    Come to Malaysia and you would wish you hadn't had a front bumper even.

    All you have to do is angle over it. My car is alot lower than that and I wouldnt have problems with that speed bump. Its probably a joke or something but if this is how he gets over it everyday then.... I dont even know what to say...

  • @jasonsong86
    @jasonsong86 10 років тому

    the problem is being FWD layout and massive overhang in front of the front axle.

    very smart,but why would you put this extremely low to the ground knowing you won't be able to go over a speed bump straight on?

  • @Aqoarius
    @Aqoarius 10 років тому

    So what about speed bumps on the road? Is he going to spin his car around and reverse down the whole road, pretty impractical considering there are cars which are better, faster and more practical. But then again everyone has their own taste, if this is for him it's for him.

  • @Howard24
    @Howard24 10 років тому

    lol my uncle has a 2011 bmw 328i with a hamenn body kit on it and this happens all the time its just we just go in to the speed bump slowly and try not to scratch it

  • @caelestis42
    @caelestis42 10 років тому +1

    Why would it matter if you go over it forwards or backwards? The car will still be in the same position with the splitter in the end.

    • @JAGwerkz
      @JAGwerkz 10 років тому +1

      because forwrds, the bumper hits first.
      go backwards, the wheels hit first and the bumper raises higher off the ground...

    • @ElMosqito
      @ElMosqito 10 років тому

      Car will not be in the same position. Road before bump was going down, and road after the bump (and bump itself) was horizontal. With elementary geometric you can figure out why this chancge anything. Also going over backwards makes that splitter will slide over the bump instead hiting it ( scratching splitter / breaking splitter)

    • @kewlbug
      @kewlbug 10 років тому

      I agree with you. The only difference I see is that the car is probably going slower than you'd approach a bump since you are in the middle of going over them. (I always come in a bit too fast on bumps)

    • @v1kku
      @v1kku 10 років тому

      This. If the road is level there's no difference. The splitter would still have scraped the road in reverse.
