Betty's story and Scott's willingness to let us follow it, all the heart breaking emotions that so many of us share and have felt ourselves, shows how much love he and his family have for Betty. Im grateful she recovered. Hugs and love ❤❤❤❤
How truly heartwarming to see someone who loves their little doggie so much that they fight and fight to get them well. I admire you Scott for doing what is right for your precious baby. This is what the animal world is all about, not “sticking a needle”in them when something goes wrong …. Although there definitely is a place for that.
Scott, this has been the most emotional episode I've ever watched! And I'm usually quite emotional! Seeing you so distraught over your baby just broke me 😢😢😢
Although I've already seen all 5 stories, Digby's story again touched my heart. As being a person who works with also fear aggressive dogs and cats, who are labeled unhandable and where people regularly told me, they had to be put down as they "we're evil", I'm glad to see a vet not giving up on these sweet misunderstood creatures.
Living in Sweden the first advice I get from vets is to put my pets down when they get more serious issues. I have learned not to trust their judgment by now. It makes me happy to see that there are vets out there that actually do their utmost to save pets live.
When my cat got hit by a car due to my negligence as an owner I got told from so many people that I'm just prolonging his suffering and that it's a waste of money trying to repair him. "Put him down, get another cat", "it's just a housecat, why put him through all those operations?", "it's weeks upon weeks with rehab, you'll only rob him of his kittenhood", etc. He put me and my boyfriend in debt, but we never gave up on him. That was eight years ago, and he's (soon) a nine years old happy and healthy cat. Without insurance, he'd cost around 86k SEK, and that's the best spent money in my entire life. Yes, he had six weeks in a cage, and another four weeks of physio, but he's fully mobile and way too healthy for his age and history 😂
All of these stories have touched my heart and what made me tear up the most was Betty the vets Dog and the dog who had been neglected and needed a knee operation I'm glad they were all successful and all ended happily godbless them all
Poor Jimmy. He didn’t really have a spark of joy you hope to see, even after the physical pain was gone. I hope he found joy with his new forever family. He really deserves it.
Ohhh noooo... 😭 DR. SCOTT crying it made my heart in so much pain 💔 it's okay everythings gonna be alright we love you and we'll always support you 💓💓💟💟
The fact that most of these are Dr Scott says a lot, I think. He's by far my favorite vet featured on this channel, I think his demeanor and approach to every situation is an incredible example of both compassion and professionalism.
Digby needed help and thankfully Scott recognized him as a fearful dog 🐕 everything Scott said was so true. Im glad he was treated and will be fine and happy ❤
I'm so sorry for the wonderful little angel and I send my heartfelt wishes to all of you who are two fantastic friends, it's wonderful to see you so united, a big hug from Italy Valentina 🐾🐾❤❤❤❤❤❤
So many people that made this channel have 1 million subscribers. SASH, Michael Hamilton, Tim Faulkner, Gill and so many rescue groups. The nurses and techs that work with Scott. So many great, dedicated people!!
I love people like Jill who have such big hearts❣️ Collies of all kinds are my favorite, & border Collies are so responsive to training & praise. God bless Jill with good health, please. 🙏
26:10 That moment where you just want to put your hand on his shoulder and tell him ""it's gonna be ok"" now every vet on here today is a fav vet. but 1:03:34 gives off such awesome vibes when ever i see him on Bondi that you literally start to feel yourself want to bounce of the walls with love and positivity (hope he keeps some for himself to! you Veterinary folks need all the love and good vibes life can throw at you)
Omg you guys are Awesome 😎 God bless. I enjoy every video I watch. Now my comment is for Dr. Scott. I feel you when your baby Betty got injured. Your partner did an awesome surgery. You know that God was there always, he have your back and support you all the time. Those tears of joy when she got out of the surgery, was the bless that you received after all your painful journey. God’s know that you, your family, relatives and co-workers are happy about Betty’s evolution after that difficult surgery. Betty is a pretty lady that give you happiness and she’s your confident, your best friend, your love ❤️, your everything. Thanks God she’s ok. Many many years to come enjoying sush pretty girl 🦮. Take care and keep giving people the happiness when them come and see one of the best Doctor 👨⚕️. Have bless and great day ☀️🙏😍😘❤️
Absolutely love Dr. Scott, for his warm heart, thoughtfulness and commitment. A vet after my own heart, has learned a lot wstching The Vet on the hill videos, and can say with my hand on my heart that one special ep saved the life of my little white fluff ball Thank you so very much 💖🤗🇳🇴
I love this long video Bodi vet💖💖. My most favourite was Scott and Betty, tiers on my eyes. Second was Chris and crocodile. 3. was aggressive rottweiler. 4. was rescued dog with lovely lady. 5. was cat and eye injury. Thank you Bondi vet, you are amazing💖💞🤗🤗.
Oh Scott, my heart breaks for you and Betty, thankfully Micheal as usual did a great job! Zoe does a magnificent job of rehab for Betty, she’s so dedicated to Betty’s physio sessions. Scott you have helped so many other fa,I lies with their pets, I’m so glad this all went positively.
I knew when he descibed the injury and how it occured it was spinal and I knew when I looked at the imaging that if the surgery was sucessful she would gain mobility once her cord healed from all the brusing (If a cord isn't severed then you will have at least some form or recovery.) She did a good number on herself though! I would say it is one of the most traumatic things an owner can go through because the dog knows how bad they have hurt themselves and they are crying out in pain for you to fix it...but there is no quick fix and it is actually one of the longest recovery times you can have. Well done to all for the love, vulnerability and dedication shown to allow us into such a traumatic situation and delicate proceedure and recovery.
Loved this, thank you. My fav was a toss up between Scott and Betty, (I cried with him 😢) and the very handsome Chris and the croc. 🏴🏴🏴
All those teeth and shards of teeth, that poor croc! He must be feeling Much Better, even if He has a toothless grin, from smiling with the relief of them gone!
I have not seen the Digby and the croc story before, but the Betty story still gets me crying seeing Scott so upset about his little girl. 😢 this one will still be my number 1. And I can't wait to see lot's and lot's more love you guy's 💗 XX
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF ALL VETERINARIANS SHOWED THE COMPASSION AND LOVE TOWARD ANIMALS THAT ALL OF YOU DO!! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU AND YOUR STAFF FOR DOING SUCH EXCELLENT WORK. GOD BLESS YOU!!
Your channel well deserved all support 👏 👍 and i wanted to say thank 🙏 you 😊 for sharing everything you all do for all animal in need 😊 you guys are loud voice of these life couldn't speak for it self. On behalf of family 👪 Salute for you all good deeds. 🇺🇸 WV
Thank you for sharing Jimmy. I have a physical disability. I have a real serious assessment tomorrow morning after 8 months of setbacks. Thanks for the courage and encouragement.
I have loved finding Bondi Vet on UA-cam!!!! I have enjoyed so many of the stories that you have presented!!! I guess it's my own experience of working with Veterinarians in the work place, I am a registered Veterinary Technician & Laboratory Technician with the USDA in Iowa. I worked in a small animal vet clinic for a few years and then got the job at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). For this second job, I performed tests on many animal's serum samples for viral diseases and I worked with many different veterinarians, but sadly, I never got to see the patients. Then I found Bondi Vet with amazing stories to tell!!! I'm retired now and I continue to enjoy watching your interactions between clients and pets and the love you all have for what you do for animals, speaks volumns!!!! Congratulations for One Million Subscribers!!! [
Concerning any aggressive dog I wish people would study The Dog Whisperer! He agrees that you don't have to put them down!! Scott has amazing patience and skill!!! 🤩
Scott you and your team is absolutely amazing. Thank you for all you do. I definitely shed a few tears watching your clip with Betty. I completely understand how you were feeling in that moment. Even though my little dude hasn't had surgery he is a kidney failure pup and we almost lost him last November. By the grace of God he is still with us and doing well considering the disease.
OMG poor Paco...what awesome Vets to find that stick hiding inside his eye...it could have gone into his brain or anywhere.. great find ladies!!! Gill what a wonderful lady you are, all of those dogs must think its Christmas when they land ta your house, so glad your star border found a new forever home (I do hope those awful previous owners landed in jail, what an terrible thing to do to a dog... Poor Scott Betty was his life and love, so hard to see him so cut up. It's great he has mates in the business. His wife did an amazing job with the physio...I cant understand why those two split up,..... You are a very good (and brave) Vet Scott and to a degree I agree that as long as Digby is locked up safely at home then he is of no danger to the public and he is loved at home. I hope nobody with a child visits though.. As long as there is no need for a doctor to go to the home or a tradesman or a police officer or postie or fireman etc...but what happens if they are out and someone breaks into the home or some other unexpected occurrence like a fire and someone gets killed by that dog??? Who's a pussycat then Scott. BTW you are too modest, the things you do should be written in a book... Great show everyone!!
OMG I LOVE ALL OF YOU BONDI VETS!!!!! I love you so much that I wish I could have brought my dogs to you, alas I live in Florida and the rules for bringing animals over there for treatment is problematic as to your Laws and of course the cost of flying over. I wish I could have brought my Pitbull Service Dog to you. She was 8 years old but she passed on Dec 29 2021.I know you all could have saved her. She used to watch you all the time with me. God Bless you all, and congrats on 1 Million subscribers you deserve it!!!!!!!!!
I absolutely love Scott. He’s wonderful with all animals and has such a sweet heart. I thank God we were able to find someone in the US as wonderful as Scott is.
Thank you for sharing 5 of my favorite stories. Although I've seen them all more than once I'm always glad to see them again especially the story about Digby. Hes just misunderstood and very protective of those he loves . And, thank you for providing Bondi Vet for us to enjoy.
congratulations bondi vet on your millionth subscriber milestone. you all have done a really great job. thank you for your great videos. now to the next millions. keep safe guys.

COVID did stop things Big Time & there have been A LOT of Compliations rather than 🆕 content bc of it. Some 🆕 content has trickled in & I am still so sorry to Dr.Kate who did lose Benny 2 months after his 12th birthday 🥳. HAPPY 😊😁 🆕 content is coming out & to get updates on all the people, the pets & the non-profits.
That was a huge stick in that cats eye. Betty's crys get me. Had me crying with Scott. Even though I knew it would be alright. Interesting surgery. Now they could if they had the $$$$ they could inject stem cells to help it heal better.
I don’t imagine they’re trying to reward him, seems like they’re trying to comfort him and calm him. I feel for them, gotta be so hard to have such a reactive dog!

A vet on the hill fan?
Absolutely yes, I do love Vet on the Hill

I love Scott as a Vet. He is so compassionate.
Digby was a beauiful boy. Thank you Dr Miller for treating him.
I love people like Jill who have such big hearts❣️ Collies of all kinds are my favorite, & border Collies are so responsive to training & praise. God bless Jill with good health, please. 🙏
I love how Michael gives his usual explanation to Scott about Betty's spinal injury even though Scott doesn't need the analogy to understand.
Jill you are a treasure. You handle all these animals with such care. God bless you.

Your dog putting the stethoscope on Betty’s cheek and tapping it was hilarious. Laughed until I cried.

Digby needs a “No Bad Dogs” trainer. When Digby lunges out, his owners reward him by petting him.
I don’t imagine they’re trying to reward him, seems like they’re trying to comfort him and calm him. I feel for them, gotta be so hard to have such a reactive dog!
I think Scott did very well...I think I would have had a " messy diaper ×4!¡ He is an amazing, kind hearted & very skilled Vet!!!
Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉

Mike shaved between Jimmy's visits.
It sounds like the other option of replacement would not have worked for Jimmy in the end anyway.i think that will also help his back.
