Just gonna put this out there: If GLs were as broken and easy to use as people say, the meta loadout for supersweats in slide boots wouldn't be handcannon+shotgun. 🤔 And he doesn't wave frame cheese either. Actually using the geometry to bounce GLs. I respect it. 👍
Except GLS ARE broken. It's the same case with bows where people just aren't willing to step out of their comfort zone and see how busted these weapons are until it's too late.

@@ShaoShaoMienshao Bungie has reduced the handling of weapons after firing before iirc. They can easily do that for Wave Frames and nerf it that way. Fighting Lion was fine as it is when it got nerfed several months back. People cry about wanting it to be overpowered again aaand it got buffed twice and its stronger than it originally was. GLs except for Fighting Lion (has other issues) by itself is fine. The real issue lies to it being a hot swap weapon.
While this is a great montage video, i didn't really see a lot of Behemoth stuff. Just Fighting Lion and Shiver Strike mostly with some sprinkled Cryoclasm. Are you saying that Behemoth is okay because of this movement Tech? It would be nice to see some points when presenting a counter-argument.
I mean same could be said about dawnblade, I can make a video on x weapon combo with celestial fire with some sprinkled icarus dash. If the passive movement from cryoclasm paired with the flexibility of shiver strike is not enough I don't know what people expect out of a subclass. IG it just depends what type of playstyle players have. Reason, is the fact that shiver strike allows you to build momentum in the air out of nothing without a sprint requirement - making insanely good for escaping engagements while also having the ability to 1 shot guardians with the double melee combo (you can also push ppl out of bubble and wells). Glacial grenade as a secondary barricade with a pocket melee ability regen through tectonic harvest and whisper of hunger (you can also get a super jump with catapult). The super is actually not bad on its own, the problem is that the cooldown takes forever. I think the main sell for Behemoth is it's movement, but since most players just want potent abilities they gravitate towards something like Arc Knockout or Void Bastion because it's a much more straight forward power fantasy. Behemoth may not be as powerful or as easy to use as these other subclasses but it can definitely stand on its own if your playstyle compliment it's utility.
@HynraCanFly yeah lot of people overlooking the movement and how much it gave you an edge in multiple fights in the video just because of the weapon choice. Most people don't really pay attention to that over just what's directly getting the kills
I mean, a ton of it was that prodigal return I think it's called, the queens' energy GL from a few seasons back. He had some clean play with that what I believe is rapacious appetite too. How did you miss the movement tech though? Hynra's movement is what makes him insanely standout good
I love stasis titan as the unmoveable force, and I use icefalls, glacials, and headstone perses d and it can be oppressive but still feels like more work than other subclasses. But god I love behemoth, it needs love from bungie.
Not to be rude but...this is more so a showcase of the smg and gl combo which is something I've used on just about every subclass to go flawless because it's kinda free. It was even strong enough to counter the dr overshield that behemoth USED to provide if that says just how strong it is.
Consider this: Behemoth melee has the worst tracking in the game and often comes up short of its targets while making you an easy kill for anyone with half a thumb.
Consider this, mask of bakris(?) on stasis hunter lets you move freely without needing to waste a usage on your melee. Or just use a throwable melee on void lmao
If wallahs complaint was the movement, why not get a Titan Movement Exotic? I think he was using an smg as well so peacekeepers could of been an option as well.
You have to let go earlier than you think. You hold the melee button down until, and aim where you want to go, then you release when you’re close to a target and aiming at them. You’ve got to be aiming at your target when you releases the button. Otherwise, you just fly off wherever your reticle is pointing.
Been playing for 9 years and I’ve still yet to try anything different than the Hunter class. I keep saying I’ll get around to trying a different class at some point lol.

well there's 3 main playstyles i think: slow and methodical, pure speed, and trickster. slow and methodical utilizes overshields, DR, and just in general doesn't come too close. in this case, shiver strike is usually used as an escape tool, rather than an offensive one. not a lot of players play this way out there, don't know of any major youtubers. this playstyle utilizes exotics like hoarfrost, armamentarium, icefall mantle, etc. pure speed is self explanatory. it's what you saw in the video and use yourself. peacekeepers, dunemarchers, OEM, etc. used an insanely fast loadout of MIDA combo + peacekeepers and holy shit I just ended up in the other team's spawn sometimes. trickster is a weird one and it's not a set in stone style, but I like to classify this type of playstyle as one that utilizes behemoth and stasis the most out of these three. it's the diamond lance slinging guys, it's the cryosthesia lovers (Manstrual comes to mind), it's map geometry abusers (Lolgistics Officer, fucking insane angles lol), people who use headstone, crystal spammers, etc.. these are the very personal builds, that won't work for everyone.
Wallah was using immortal and pks but was too busy trying to make a lord of wolves video so he said bohemoth movemnt felt slow. He was annoyed anytime he used the immortal because he wanted to make a LoW video but was falling back on pk smg which hes NOT a fan of already. He set himslef up to not like it. Lol

He was specifically trying to use Lord of Wolves while still running PKs and an SMG but intentionally handicapping himself by constantly trying to force himself into using Lord of Wolves for a video. The super isn’t strong enough to warrant the lengthy cool-down it has in modes like trials, but the subclass overall is massively slept on.
Resident Titan main here. I’m sorry, but I’m with Wallah on this one. The video is great and the subclass does offer some nice mobility tech, but without the obligatory PKs SMG/GL combo, the subclass, itself, struggles to match the potency of the other Titan subclasses. There are ways to get this to work okay, but it still has nothing on the other subclasses.
SOME cooldowns need to be reduced in order make the stasis class good but things like coldsnaps and freeze warlock melee dont. Same with shiver strike unless they add more lag after the melee so it basically isnt a one shot.
I hope that the next darkness subclass has really good movement for titan, similar to dawnblade or threadrunner. Shoulder charges and thruster aren’t as good imo, and shiver strike has way too long or a cooldown
@@Lorentz_Driverthe most they got is shoulder charges, which require you to be sprinting, and aren’t as good with anything that isn’t up close just to cut space. Thruster is ok, but it’s only on arc, which I find too cringe to play. And that leaves stasis and strand. Stasis has the slide which is pretty good, and the melee has lots of good movement, but it has a really long cooldown and whiffs whenever you use it offensively. And strand titan has grapple, which strand hunter has, and the melee, which is pretty good, but I prefer 2 grapple charges. I hope they give solar titan blink tho. It’s been struggling since the 3.0 updates in pvp, outside of lorely splendor. Void warlock has it, arc hunter has it, it seems right for solar titan to have it. The only problem is that it doesn’t really match the vibe of solar titan, but gameplay wise it would be a nice addition to its kit
Congrats youve proven smg and GL are a great pairing. I'd put money you could have done the same or better with a void titan, solar hunter or strand lock

My favorite thing to do as behemoth titan is use lance cap and fighting lion. They are devastating together. Also use a disparity or an auto with lance cap it works really well.
Did you know that with the exception of the melee, you can do all of it just as well or probably better with any focus or even character? A situation was not shown here that can be traced back to the neutral game of stasis titan. Only GL and SMG spam were shown. And the fact that you have a good performance here is 0% due to the stasis titan.
