I have been struggling so much on how to style myself. I wear dresses and skirts (long ones) all the time for the past few weeks, I didn’t feel as good/stylish as I used to. And I have like majorly thick and short legs, mainly the reason why I always wear dresses and skirts. I am thinking of wearing mini skirts, I’ve never worn them before. I was looking for tips and looks on people with legs like mine. I couldn’t find it but I’m glad I stumble upon your video, it’s the video I needed but didn’t know I needed it.
I’m so glad this helped. First I would like to say that we all have those moments where we feel stagnant and stuck. Especially with our style cause it’s art. And when you are having those moments maybe it’s cause you have grown and those things may no longer align with who you are. Some ways that help me during those moments are cleaning out my closet and donating some things or challenging myself to style things in my closet I don’t like or don’t wear often. Try and dress up everyday as well cause creativity is like muscle it only gets better if you work on it. Some ppl are doing the 75 hard challenge but with clothing and trying to style themselves everyday.
I would love love LOVE a video about jewellery!! Your favourite pieces, where you like to get them, how you like to stack etc. You seem like the perfect person to give advice!!
Being confident is so difficult now days you can put together a beautiful outfit walk out the door feeling good about yourself then you get people looking at you like you are strange because everyone else is wearing joggers jeans and a t-shirt and isn't into fashion and then it knocks all the confidence out of you and you don't know if they are looking because they think you look good cool nice or if they are looking at you because you stand out and they think you're over dressed I've learnt to wear what makes me happy if I want to do my weekly shop in a silk dress and heels I will let them stare life is too short ❤
Exactly. I love being well dressed out in public especially in places people don’t expect. I think most times it’s more admiration cause they are stunned or surprised. Or that’s just what I like to think cause I know that’s what I would think
