Mullins built a plumbing business on his own. There are many unions who represent plumbers. Mullins has competed against them in business. He knows their tactics. Union workers are owned and controlled by the unions. Unions make big money off of their workers.

For those not from the Tulsa area, before his political career Mark Wayne ran a family plumbing business. We had plumbing issues and called Mullin Plumbing. They wanted to charge us a grand for going on the roof and running the diagnostic through the vent. We found an independent contractor that came with a helper and dug and replace a section of the sewer pipe. All that cost was 600 dollars. As far as Mark Wayne being a fighter, on Jan 6th a few years ago despite carrying a gun Mark Wayne almost ran down some of the older congressmen fleeing from the capital.
