I'm not even female but sexism and gender inequality is something that I think of constantly everyday. It's simply unavoidable and I can't imaging what's it like for women. The fact that you keep your heads up and you keep moving forward despite THIS *guestures towards everything* is inspiring .

I've noticed that girls my age (mid 20s) are so exhausted by trying to exel at work and be a good girl that it's tempting to give up on our ambitions. On the flip side this is the age when boys are finally expected to get their act together and make career strides.
Unfortunately growing up in a strict religious household where you get beatens as a punishment, you learn not to question things. I promise to never do that with my kids.
Absolutely agree we certainly do need to inspire women . A lot more work is required to change the mindsets of those who fail to see the strength of women as a whole. International Women’s Day is for all women around the 🌍 to embrace their power their strength and their solidarity 🙏🏽🌍

Sorry that this is unrelated to the video, but what do you think is the cause of an itchy/slightly burning face, after washing oily face with CeraVe SA Cleanser, followed by Epiduo (adapelene + benzoyl peroxide) and lastly moisturiser (night routine)
