Just re-watched the whole series in one sitting because I was bored, I found myself getting chills and actual emotions while watching it even tho I know every single thing that will happen. That is what I like to call; good writing and man o man, I've analyzed a bit the way you choose your camera angles and the shots you use, some are not even a second long and don't serve an actual purpose when it comes to the story, but they add so much depth and details to the animation, it's incredible how deep you can go with this. Also, I found myself a bit bored when watching the two first marines video and some part of qutari part 1 but the others were interesting from the beginning to the end. Pretty sure that's another clue that this series built you and your style along the way, at first it could seem a bit generic but closer to the end we can see your influences being stronger in presence in your animations and all of them blending together makes your videos a breath of fresh air compared to the other animators out there. Keep it up my friend, you'll go far with this; either animation or just filmmaking, it doesn't matter. As long as you're happy:) Thanks again for letting me score some of your stuff, you helped me grow my skills so much!
hey Clic! long shot replying to a year old comment but I was wondering if you could tell me the song that plays at Rook's death scene? assuming you're the one to make it, that is. its a beautiful piece, and I'd love to appreciate it on its own.
“Hell yeah, let’s go blow some covenant scums up!” “Taste my bayonet!” “You have no idea how much I love killing all of you!” “I will kill every single one of you until your covenant falls apart at my hands!” “Feel the wrath of a real soldier!” - Unofficial quotes from James.
Am I the only one who feels bad for Cas? He suffered severe losses from the Great Schism, was disrespected by the ODSTs (understandable due to some prior issues), yet he still remained respectful to his allies. Respect.
Holy shit, Davis was a badass here. Reminded me of the final mission on reach, I absolutely love this. I understand the toll a leader has to go through since a lot of soldiers, friends die under your command. Speaking of which, When rook died it was so unexpected, Daniels reaction is the perfect reaction of loosing a friend, first Reynolds, then Rook. That scene alone made me tear up a little. I have no complaints whatsoever. Edit: that last scene about the leg made me laugh so hard 😂
[SPOILERS - Watch the full film before reading this comment] Wow. I- I was not expecting Rook to die. Honestly. His death shocked me as much as Reynolds’ did. It really sucks seeing this series end, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy it. It was such a roller coaster between the awesome, loud fighting moments and the quiet, sad moments. I think you nailed this series, and have shown that you aren’t scared of making sacrifices/controversial decisions when it comes to character development and deaths. It really blows me away with how many creative techniques are seen in this series; such as the rain effect, the way you animated the flood, the way you managed to show the weight of objects (for example: a brute falling after being killed), the intense and fast paced action, the active camo effects, etc. Overall, I really think that this series had a great run, and I’m sad to see it go. Can’t wait to see what you have in store for us next. Anyways, I think I’m going to rewatch it again because I need to make sure I haven’t missed anything, so I’ll go do that. So long Qutari, I’ll miss you. Also, the way you animated the flood was actually disgusting.. in the good way. It actually looked like the flood from the games mixed with their terrifying nature from the books. Great job on that, because it actually made me cringe a little.
Thanks for the long comment! I actually really enjoy reading these. I’m happy that you appreciated all the hard work that went into this series. When making a realistic animation about war it’s very important to note that nobody should have plot armor. There are some parts in the series where I feel I gave the characters too much plot armor but I think this episode did it best. Perhaps maybe In the future I’ll be able to nail that part down more effectively. Qutari had a good run I think. I hope people come back to rewatch it out of pure enjoyment but ultimately the decision lies with them and I’m fine with whatever they do. Hopefully I’ll only keep getting better in terms of animation and writing because I feel there’s still a lot of time for improvement. Only time will tell however :) Thank you for writing this out Fallable it really made my morning. Have a fantastic day 👍
Fun fact! There is one single frame in this episode with my figure in it! I’ll be pretty surprised if you guys can find it. *The people I already told can’t participate*
Badlaxe, that was one hell of a journey and I’m glad that I’ve followed this series from its very beginning. You’ve come a long way to this point and you’ve achieved something in this community not a lot of us will ever be able to do. That was a satisfying end for me. I liked every bit of this instalment. I’ll release the soundtrack soon btw and I can’t wait to see what you’ll come up with next. Thanks for letting me score some of these episodes and some of the scene in this one episode were some of my best in my opinion. Thank you for letting me do this, thank you for creating such lovely characters. Thank you for not giving up on this series.
You’re welcome Clic, however I’d be lying if I told everyone that “I made Qutari” in reality you, my family, God (sorry for getting religious), and my friends all had a big part in making it. If it wasn’t for everyone’s support I would’ve given up on this project a long time ago. Your music added so much to the scenes and I’m glad you stuck around to help me through it even when I wanted you to redo tracks. After all you were the guy that invited me to the server so technically you started Qutari too. Pretty crazy huh? I’m really glad I accepted that invite. Have a good day Clic and I hope we get to work together more in the future. Take care!
Is anyone else happy that the fact that they don't die in one shot? Like it actually takes more that one pistol shot to kill em. Loved the animation some of the best for mega bloks platform it was so smooth. Glad this was in my reccomend, UA-cam finally fif something right. Good Job on this.
Jeez, dude, this is amazing, I wish I'd seen it sooner! I'm actually in awe. Well done, truly. I like this even better than The Last Colony. Your directing is seriously cinematic and your gunshots in particular have so much impact. I could learn a thing or two from you.
Thank you very much! The gunshots took a lot of practice but I’m very happy with how they turned out. I’d be lying if I said your work didn’t inspire me. The Last Colony got me thinking about making a story animation and that’s when I realized the possibilities were endless. So I’m very grateful to you for that. Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video :)
From 10:30 to 12:30 was probably my favorite scene, everything was on point, even the cussing, great job, Badlax, This was probably one of the best animations I'll ever see
When I heard them say the bodies have been torn and mangled I knew it was flood. This is amazing work it is so cool the effects the flood the way the one guy turned that was awesome. The way rook and Reynolds flashed between them was sad. Davis went down like noble 6 this was a overall grate series glad I got to see it all.
You truely are an amazing writer/animator. This series was the perfect mix of action, banter, and sadness. I really did enjoy this series. And it sucks to see it go. Plus, the poetic nature of the death of Rook and Reynolds. Both of them died in the arms of someone they truely considered a friend, and Davis' last stand was a good end to his character. On a side note, I think there is great potential for a Cas series, I dont know about anyone else but I would love to see a Cas mini series right after the events of Planet Qutari. But anyway, great job man. Thank you so much for this series, it is truely something special
I was unable to leave a comment yesterday but HOLY. SHIT. that was the best finale to Qurari possible! the flood were animated so disgustingly that it really showed their pure filth, i found it cool when you added in your own carrier form with marine legs that had holes burst through for the infection forms and Charlie's infection was just brutal: the way he was panicking beforehand, wrestling with the infection form and finally being infected. The buildup to the flood's reveal was so creepy too! even though i read the script beforehand, Rook's death still shocked me and Daniel's reaction was sad to watch. Then there was Davis' final stand which was a great way to end his character (I was disappointed with my voice acting tho, I shouldn't have been so calm throughout, kinda comes off as lazy on my part... sorry about that). I burst out laughing at Daniel's final foot joke and it was a great little post-credits scene. You made an amazing conclusion, can't wait to see what you go next
Thanks FloodMaker I’m glad you liked it :) don’t worry about your voice acting you did a great job. Especially when I asked you to do lines on such short notice. Thanks so much for your cooperation. Those death sounds you sent really added to the last scene :) I’m also glad you liked the infection scenes because those were a little difficult to pull off but I had a ton of fun making them 👍 Also it wouldn’t be Qutari if there wasn’t a reference to Daniel’s leg being injured hah!
A fantastic end to a superb series. 20 minutes of flawless animation, cinematography, music, shots, sound effects, visual effects, and more. This was better than half of the films Hollywood puts out today. The voice acting was great; you could feel the emotion and attachment between the characters. Owen did a fantastic job. When Rook died, he really sold the emotion and pain of losing your best friend. The script and writing was amazing, and the ending was very satisfying and couldn’t be better. It was an honor to voice act in such and amazing film. I know how hard you have worked on this series and how much you care for this community. The will and hard work it takes to make such amazing films in such a short time interval requires a crazy amount of dedication and skill. This is what truly makes you and your channel special, and unlike any other. I’ve been watching your videos for almost 3 years now, and it’s been such an amazing experience to witness you grow as an animator with every video. Thank you Badlaxe for all that you have done for this community and what you will continue to do. You are truly one of the greatest animators out there. God bless.
Every dang time i watch this, i cant just help to think " this man is amazing" the story, plot, character development, the whole shebang, IS AMAZING. If i could watch one series on any platform, i would chose Planet Qutari. keep it up Badlaxe!
Beautiful. Animation and VFX on point as per usual but I'm really impressed by the music and especially the voice acting. Owen really sold Rook's death to me and gave me chills, brilliant acting there. No matter what you do next Badlaxe, I'll be supporting ya.
Thanks Wyoming :) I’d also like to say thanks one more time for voicing Kurt, especially since he mostly spoke in paragraphs. You did an excellent job 👍
It was a wild ride of sadness, anger, bravery and fear. I’m glad I experienced this I’m glad rook did what he could, their destiny has been fulfilled. I know now that it’s not Spartan’s that never die and just miss In action it was ODST’s too
Wow......just......wow.....This was flawless just incredible in every way. There was never a dull moment. Voice acting, 10/10 just all around amazing. The emotion...I have never felt so emotionally moved by a stopmotion! I just can’t stress it enough, this is talent at its finest!
I watched this whole series again because waI s bored. And holy shit this is great! Every time I cry, and get emotional. Great work ballads, and keep it up!
You have no idea how much part 3 and 4 mean to me. They came out at when I was in a tough spot. I can never express how much you helped me through that time. Thank you for being there, even if you dont know it.
Wow, this stopmotion was fantastic! A couple of things I want to mention that I like are, how you made the computer screen by shining a blue light through glass, how you muffled the guys voice because he was on the other side of the door, and how grotesque and lifelike you made the flood look. There were so many cool details, and the animation and sounds are top notch! This had really intense action scenes, and some really compelling acting, especially in the scene where Rook died. This is a fantastic ending to the series, and it was really cool to see it all come together! You’ve done a fantastic job with this series, and I can’t wait to see what you come up with next!
Thanks man :) Unfortunately I was unable to make the muffled voice but Aegis helped me out with that. He’s the guy that voice acted the dude behind the door actually. I hope I’m able to make some more stop motions that a lot of people enjoy :)
This. Was. Amazing. I’m not gonna write a whole essay about this, but I just wanted to say that you’re actually so good at making these and I can’t wait for your future uploads!
Ok. I know this is my third super long comment. But I would like to discuss my feelings watching this 3 months later after watching it over and over again. First of all, Rook's death is truely poetic with the death of Reynolds. And the playing of October, makes it a real hard breaking but full filling moment, and ending for his character. It was spectacular. Second, I'd like to take a gamble on the ending. As Daniels, James, and Liam sit, and reflect on the journey they just had, and the teammates they lost. *This is a long shot so bare with me.* I think this symbolizes you. After the end of Planet Qutari, you said you were taking a break from Halo Stop motions. Could this ending, as they sit and reflect, directly symbolize you, and how you are reflecting on this amazing story you have created. Whether they be sad, happy, or out right badass. You feel honored to be able to experience them. The Journey is not necessarily over, but, it needs some time to relax, and look back on those moments, with a well deserved break. Just as the ODSTs get in this final scene as it fades to black. Anyway, that's my take on it, I'd love an answer or comment on this. Also. One lingering question I still have, is will you continue Cas's story. That ending seemed to be a set up to another story. And I feel like a Cas spin off would be amazing. Even though I've already brought this up, I don't think I'm the only one who feels this way. Good job as always, see you on the field.
Once again I’d like to thank you for your kind words. I put a lot of effort into the death of the main characters so it means a lot when you say it’s poetic, that’s how I wanted it to feel :) in regards to the ending you kind of hit it right on the head. The ODSTs recovering symbolizes how I felt after Qutari, I was sad and very tired. I felt like I needed a break and I wanted to reflect on what I had made. I felt a mix of things. I was happy I was able to make a story that so many people enjoyed and that I knew I put a lot of effort in. I felt sad because it was over and nervous because I didn’t know how to follow up with another story. I’m glad I was able to fulfill a part of my dream though. Making a story that a lot of people enjoy and I’m incredibly grateful you saw the message behind the last scene. I’m hoping that one day I’ll be able to make something better than Qutari as I feel Sparks Of War falls a little flat. That’s because it wasn’t as well thought out before I started making the scripts. Hopefully I’ll be able to make it better. Thanks again :D
@@badlaxeanimations3205 Good to know I wasn't over thinking things. I assumed that this is would of symbolized you. Great work. Can't wait to see what you do in the future!
Just rewatched Marines and then Planet Qutari. And I must say, the progression you have shown through all of these is quite impressive. You definitely have a unique style of animation and I can't wait to see what comes next. The story is smooth, the characters are likeable, and I enjoyed every single part of both series I watched. Good job.
The ending makes me want to cry😭😭😭😭😭 This is the best stop motion series on the entire planet earth not gonna lie. Mad respect to you guys, 👌👌👌👌PEACE, ✌️
Damn and here we are guys. All good things must come to an end. Great stopmotion by badlaxe. The emotion when rook died really destroyed The team especially Daniels and Davis. Constantly losing comrades in battle. Nice work badlaxe watching your stopmotions has been a pleasure 👍🏾🔥
This is amazing, starting from marines to ODST everyone is literally fighting with their own struggles rook having Reynolds die in his arms Davis still having his hatred towards cas since marines James and Liam just wanting to go home Davis still having the extreme guilt of killing Reynolds. What’s even more amazing is that this is only marines and ODST fighting there are no Spartans here AT ALL and if this was a part of the halo lore it really does prove about how much the human race is fighting to the death, even better you had Davis and rook get the chance to see cinder again. Badlaxe i appreciate on how much work you out into this and giving the marines and ODST recognition about how strong they can be without Spartans
This is by far the best part in this series! You went all out which made it a great finale. The flood scene was so intense. Sad that Davis and Rook died. Thank you for putting all of the hard work into this.
Really, really, really late with this one but, I love this! The custom flood were great! The reveal was on point, there’s just soooo much I could say about this but can’t without reaching the letter limit for this comment. Basically great job!
Honestly, this is one of the greatest Mega Construx Stop Motions I’ve ever seen, the effects are beautiful and you incorporate into the brick landscape perfectly. Your design for the characters are amazing and unique, while also standing out so you can still tell who’s who even in the dark of this episode, your camera work is truely cinematic, besides some of the dialogue, the sound is high quality, and voice acting is still forgivable. Overall? This is a complete masterpiece, the atmosphere, everything.
This has been by far my favorite stopmotion series. I’m glad Liam survived. The green ODST has always been my favorite figure ever since the set he came with, came out.
This animation was one of my favorites because of the hard and depressing lore before it and responsible for the plot of this entire animation. Voice acting is absolutely beautiful, lighting looks like it you actually filmed something irl in the same way. I absolutely adore the story even if it's sad. I also am actually physically and emotionally traumatized from the 2 deaths of Daniels and Rook. It's actually was that a character who was the main character in the series was shot down by a parasite. Like what a way to go out and the story and suspense feels very real like these aren't just a bunch of toys getting moved a little. This was truly a masterpiece and really makes the viewer feel the desperation in the lives of ODST's, and really makes them feel like cannon fodder that have a more detailed backstory that is very depressing when their lives end. I will not kill off another ODST the same way, not without a noble death. Truly magnificent.
I may be really late, but I just wanted to say how amazing this series was. It was not only fun to follow the story, but also to notice how much you improved in areas such as originality, voice acting (which really improved at the end), backgrounds (which were always good), character development, fight scenes (bravo!), and more. I wholeheartedly loved these videos, I think you have some real talent!
One of the best halo stop motions I’ve seen. The beginning with the flood was gripping, exciting, and the lighting was done very well. Hope to see more work from y’all
I re-read waitched t for the 5TH time. Raymond and Davies deaths still make me tear up. I watched everything from marines to this one in two days. I am impresed that this is the only animation on yt that gives me the same experience as the first time. Keep up The good work!
Yeah I watched it again. Still get the same chills and feelings as the first time. I love how innocent Cas is about human terms about going point and so on. It's nice attention to detail.
This is definetly the best animation video ive ever seen, the story in this series is just superb. I've never seen something so enjoyable. This is better than most films ive seen. You have great fucking potential and i want you to know that this series is amazing and is the highlight of my day. Im gonna wake up tomorrow and rewatch all this because i can. Thank you
Wow this absolutely amazed me. The animation was incredibly well done and story as well. You could really feel the stakes getting higher as you journey through the story to resorting to siding with an elite. As the characters get picked off and the flood comes in you can really feel it’s a dire situation. And wow when Davis died it reminded me of the sacrifice from Carter in reach. Beautiful Story and Amazing Animations. Great Job 👍🏼
I may be late in commenting but let me tell you, this was a master piece. In my opinion, no other stop motion creator can make something as good as this I mean the story and the animation. Thanks for giving me something to witness in my free time, happy to watch it.
Just binged the whole series in an afternoon. I have heard better audio and seen better effects, but this has been one of the best series I have watched of late. Alpha 9 has nothing on Bravo 3, no matter how great Buck and his ODSTs are. I felt it when Davis bit the dirt. Keep up the good work man, this was really fantastic!
Late comment even tho I watched this like a million times but damn, this was great! Nice to see even a couple years later this still kicks ass! From the action all the down to the sadness of some of the characters deaths really makes this series feel like one big whole movie! Thank you for everything badlaxe!
Thanks Martin. Once again I’m going to apologize for not including your name into the continuous supporters section. You’re definitely one of the reasons I’ve been able to keep doing this.
there's nothing I can say that hasn't been said before in praise of this, every other comment nails it. what I will say, however, is that whilst I can say nothing new, I can say this series and this part in particular can't be praised ENOUGH. every comment repeating the last is just as valid, no one comment can amount the brilliance that's packed into this. 3rd rewatch, thoroughly enjoying every second from both an animation and a story perspective. edit: to anyone who randomly stumbles upon this comment, stay till the end. well worth the laugh.
This series is so good this is like my 10th time watching this and I still love it the emotion put into it the way Daniels runs back out of anger always got me and the ways in which the deaths of the characters impacted the story was perfect and the flood was animated with disgusting perfection I tried with playdoe and the texture was just not the same whatever you did to make them look like that was amazing you've have and always be my favorite animation creator without you I prolly wouldn't have started doing animation love you keep up the amazing work
This was so great, I've only recently came across your amazing series and I feel like it's one of the best stop motions ever! I honestly feel like this would fit perfectly into the halo storyline or even be a game itself. I was not expecting Rook to die at all, it even made me feel alittle sad like when noble 6 died in reach. And after Rook died, I thought it would be like every other stop motion where only one person dies or everyone dies and that it, but no it's like an actual story and Davis stays behind to give covering fire to help his brothers make it off the planet. Like I said already, this is one of the greatest stop motion series ever, all the way from Rook, Reynolds and Daniel's back as marines to Rook, Daniel's and the others as ODSTS. Even Cinder made his way back into the story. Continue what your doing and keep up the amazing work. (Sorry if this was annoying)
Your comment wasn’t annoying at all man :) I’m really glad you enjoyed the story and I hope I can keep making stories that you guys love! Reading your comment was a good way to start the day, thanks man :)
Damn, another nostalgic feeling for me. Your series was amazing, man. It just makes me feel like I’m watching the remake of Halo Reach, I got upset when Rook died, the music choice was just exemplary. I loved it, and would definitely put this above The Last Colony.
Found myself re-watching the whole series too in one sitting, badlaxe knows how to write good characters and stories! Also if you liked the song used there you can listen to it on my soundcloud, I do a lot of soundtracks for badlaxe:P soundcloud.com/clic-studio/one-way-exit-planet-qutari-part-4
Such a great ending to the series, everything worked perfectly. Really like how you captured how terrifying the flood are especially in combat. I can hardly wait to see what you do next.
Man I wish it wasn’t over, this was one of the best mega stop motion stories of all time. Also thank you for the effort you put into these amazing videos.
Yeah! I did that specifically for RIP, the guy that voices James. He’s a huge gears of war fan and has all the games. Even judgement which I heard isn’t the best. He’s a huge fan.
R.I.P Rook It’s so sad 😞 Now it’s only Daniels and Cinder from the original crew. Definitely my favourite halo stop motion series. Loved this series from the beginning to the end. Everyone did an amazing job. Great work Badlaxe, keep it up! 👍
Holy shit, this was like a movie. I genuinely felt sad at the end, it's at least a better conclusion than Reach, but it's still depressing. Can't wait to see what you make next.

We are in the end game bois. Now I'm going to watch Plant 201 after this. Anyways man this is a great ending to this series.
as long as hes the one who didnt blow off my arm im sure we wont have any problems
rook and cas pov: ohhh dang
From 10:30 to 12:30 was probably my favorite scene, everything was on point, even the cussing, great job, Badlax, This was probably one of the best animations I'll ever see
I love how the flood is made out of clay it really gives them more life to not just their appearance but their movement
I’m really happy you enjoyed it :) I was worried some people wouldn’t have liked that Davis stayed behind but I thought it was the right move
Badlaxe Animations I’m now gonna start doing stop motion and Mocs.
Two years later and it is cool again
You truely are an amazing writer/animator. This series was the perfect mix of action, banter, and sadness. I really did enjoy this series. And it sucks to see it go. Plus, the poetic nature of the death of Rook and Reynolds. Both of them died in the arms of someone they truely considered a friend, and Davis' last stand was a good end to his character. On a side note, I think there is great potential for a Cas series, I dont know about anyone else but I would love to see a Cas mini series right after the events of Planet Qutari. But anyway, great job man. Thank you so much for this series, it is truely something special
Logan Porter He isn’t quitting, he’s taking a well deserved break
Those death sounds you sent really added to the last scene :) I’m also glad you liked the infection scenes because those were a little difficult to pull off but I had a ton of fun making them 👍
Also it wouldn’t be Qutari if there wasn’t a reference to Daniel’s leg being injured hah!
God bless.
It's been an honor serving with you Raymond
I know now that it’s not Spartan’s that never die and just miss In action it was ODST’s too
this was one of the best stop motions ive ever seen
Wow......just......wow.....This was flawless just incredible in every way. There was never a dull moment.
Voice acting, 10/10 just all around amazing. The emotion...I have never felt so emotionally moved by a stopmotion! I just can’t stress it enough, this is talent at its finest!
I watched this whole series again because waI s bored. And holy shit this is great! Every time I cry, and get emotional. Great work ballads, and keep it up!
Damn, Rook had a better and more respectful death than Joel from TLoU 2 did.
I hope I’m able to make some more stop motions that a lot of people enjoy :)
that was amazing and I didn't even know stinger11 did a voice
Oh wow, this came out earlier than I thought! Great video!
Man this was insanely awesome! I needed something awesome to keep me inspired👍
Edit: Also the flood was amazingly well animated🔥
The way you animated the Flood is terrifying! Charlie's death was super horrifying.
Rook's death also really caught me off guard.
This. Was. Amazing. I’m not gonna write a whole essay about this, but I just wanted to say that you’re actually so good at making these and I can’t wait for your future uploads!
"I would be honored to fight alongside your team again.."
Good job.
This is my favorite stop motion series and I really liked the ending(19:18). Good job!
I was right the flood. Really good stop motion. I actually got sad when rook died and Davis got crazy.
Dang one of the best stopmotions I've ever seen
Really, really, really late with this one but, I love this! The custom flood were great! The reveal was on point, there’s just soooo much I could say about this but can’t without reaching the letter limit for this comment. Basically great job!
Just watched this entire series with DankMotions, incredibly awesome! 💥 It's crazy how much emotion these films conveyed! 💯Really great work! ❤
Badlaxe got a great taste in music
He really does
The picture at the end with the glowing ODST visors was awesome as well
This might be the best stop motion I’ve seen. Better than all the other episodes.
Love that little reversal shot, Rook holding Reynolds as he dies, Now Rook is the one being held after being shot. Good stuff
One of the best halo stop motions I’ve seen. The beginning with the flood was gripping, exciting, and the lighting was done very well. Hope to see more work from y’all
Бля я хоть и русский,и почти нихрена не понял по сюжету,но это лучшие 4 серии анимации,которые я когда либо видел.Респект тебе и моё увОжение,бро😁
Badalaxe: There is one frame in this where you can see my figure!
Me: *I like those odds*
The animations with the flood was absolutely spectacular!
Thanks! I’m glad I pulled it off :)
I re-read waitched t for the 5TH time. Raymond and Davies deaths still make me tear up. I watched everything from marines to this one in two days. I am impresed that this is the only animation on yt that gives me the same experience as the first time. Keep up The good work!
This is by far my favorite stop motion series. Great job!
Yeah I watched it again. Still get the same chills and feelings as the first time. I love how innocent Cas is about human terms about going point and so on. It's nice attention to detail.
this is such an awesome series, i come back to it all the time and still love it. thank you.
No problem man I’m glad you like it :)
Thank you
One of the best stop motion series I’ve ever seen and trust me I watch a lot of stop motion videos
This is and always will be my favorite animation
Amazing. Best stop motion series I have ever watched. Beautiful. Great story and characters. Voice acting is also good.
Wow this was amazing my friend it was a good story.I have so much respect for you.
Ngl the end is perfect. I love how it just shows the three after how much has happened. Couldn’t be more pleased with this series.
That was one hell of a journey dude, so glad to have been here for it all, that was an amazing finale
Thanks Martin. Once again I’m going to apologize for not including your name into the continuous supporters section. You’re definitely one of the reasons I’ve been able to keep doing this.
@@badlaxeanimations3205 lmao its all good, its enough to know im part of that list
Wow, a fantastic ending for an amazing spinoff series! Loved it while it lasted, but I really want to see what you do next!
Love the execution with the DMR, feels like a reference to the gears of war retro lancer execution. Great job on the stopmotion!
Yeah! The execution was reference to the retro lancer execution.
Indeed
there's nothing I can say that hasn't been said before in praise of this, every other comment nails it. what I will say, however, is that whilst I can say nothing new, I can say this series and this part in particular can't be praised ENOUGH. every comment repeating the last is just as valid, no one comment can amount the brilliance that's packed into this.
3rd rewatch, thoroughly enjoying every second from both an animation and a story perspective.
edit: to anyone who randomly stumbles upon this comment, stay till the end. well worth the laugh.
5:39 Cas in the background looking around guiltily
Man. As amazing as usual, can't wait to rewatch it in two months or less, as is my infinite cycle
The most incredible halo story I have ever watched, better than any other halo series I’ve watched!!!
*Its been one hell of a journey with you badlaxe. One hell of a journey.*
No problem mate, you've got a real talent at stop motions and I cant wait to see what other stories you come up with
It's been more than a year now.
This series was just so good and its legacy lives on
Damn, another nostalgic feeling for me.
Also if you liked the song used there you can listen to it on my soundcloud, I do a lot of soundtracks for badlaxe:P

ur channel is amazing! and entertaining
I LOVE the combat and enjoy watching this over and over
Such a great ending to the series, everything worked perfectly. Really like how you captured how terrifying the flood are especially in combat. I can hardly wait to see what you do next.
Watched the series many times and I love it great writing
Thanks! I’m glad you enjoy it!
I'm so sad these are some of the single most best stop motions thx for the good vids I love ur vids
Man I wish it wasn’t over, this was one of the best mega stop motion stories of all time. Also thank you for the effort you put into these amazing videos.
I could feel the emotion, amazing Stopmotion bro💯
I mean, what can I say except, *THAT was awesome!* Hope to see you continue to make stopmotions.
So awesome.
15:51 reminds me of Gears of War. Specifically the retro lancer
Yeah! I did that specifically for RIP, the guy that voices James. He’s a huge gears of war fan and has all the games. Even judgement which I heard isn’t the best. He’s a huge fan.
Ah yes, guns with large bayonets and chainsaws
Indeed it is
R.I.P Rook
It’s so sad 😞 Now it’s only Daniels and Cinder from the original crew. Definitely my favourite halo stop motion series. Loved this series from the beginning to the end. Everyone did an amazing job. Great work Badlaxe, keep it up! 👍
That jackal assassination and those bayonet kills were on point 👌
Holy shit, this was like a movie. I genuinely felt sad at the end, it's at least a better conclusion than Reach, but it's still depressing. Can't wait to see what you make next.
pure fire
I also just re-watched all the videos with the team in it and it is amazing how far you have come. Well done
so sad by the end! awesome animation speed, so smooth, wish i could like a hundred times
