Problems with Resitrix EPDM roofing from the manufacturer Carlisle Construction Materials BV.
Despite the fact that it is stated in various places on their website that this product has a useful life of 50 years with an SKZ certificate www.skz.de, our roof has a major leakage problem of approximately €11K.
