That last boss definitely seemed the hardest to beet. Do bosses attack each other if they're different? Or do they just gang up on the player? Or better yet, how many starfalls does it take to kill a boss? Maybe you can trap a lesser boss with your buildings and use an ungodly amount of scrolls to bring down the entire cosmos on them to see if they survive.
No, even if the void portal's worked in the void it most likely would just go back to floor one since the code of the game probably teleports you to the first floor. Also I tried this in a cheats-on save.
See if you can cover the land in fallen stars? It didn't work out in that other game, but since you can manually spawn them in this one it should be possible.

some of the traits in the switch version are different for example void steel doesn't exist and the train unlocking I don't think hammers are unlockable either

If this game truly is an original Legend of Zelda crossed with Stardew Valley and Terraria, it will be very difficult when it is fully completed.
Keep on making slime kings then killing them and they should give you TONS of spirit orbs so you can one shot the bosses like you wanted

how to defend your qaurry well i have a idea try this put 4 towers wets south and north h and west of the quarry so that you have defend on all sides
