Killer job with this workout man, most people would just tap out, not adapt to make it happen just differently. Takes a lot of grit to salvage a workout like this. 🤙

E.g. A 4min turn around would mean starting each 1k rep after 4mins. So if you can run 1k in 3:30min, then you'll have 30sec rest before starting the next rep.

Awesome great video, total respect 🫡. How would you scale that down for a noob to help them improve 5-10k runs. Especially over the winter using a treadmill where you can easily set pace times.
Doesn't really make much sense for a natural athlete to do the workouts of an unnatural athlete and make comparisons. Sam doesn't have to worry about his hormones dropping, or overtraining and fatigue the way the rest of us do.
You guys should do more of these

Have a look at the Iraq Triathlon Federation, as an amateur you can represent Iraq at Age Group International championships.
