Funny story… as I handed this video off to my wife who does the backend of my YT channel (who’s an artist who likes to record her own demos when writing songs, but knows very little about recording)… She started FREAKING out because she immediately understood how to use these. She absolutely loves them!
@@safaripedals yeah! Like - we as audio nerds love vintage gear and learning how to use all of it, but there are a TON of people who make music… who just simply wanna make music.. and not learn how to set threshold attack/release etc haha 😆 So - yeah. lol You guys absolutely SMASHED it with these plugins. My personal favorite is the 80’s sound on Time Machine. Permanently on my mix bus.
You're good, man! I'm sold. The pedal look is fantastic for bovine guitarist/singer peeps like me looking to have a crossover understanding of outboard/studio gear. I'm a firm believer of taking away options when digital; These VST's keep the chain. Sold!!!
@@Majigitajog you’re not gonna be disappointed. Genuinely. And for the money?… too good. The Time Machine 80’s sound lives in my master bus at this point.
Great video! Love the Safari stuff...! I like that you work on Luna. It looks awesome! I'm on Logic, but I've meant to check out Luna as an alternative.
Hey Steve, how do I become your student? I really love how your explain things you make them simple. I am currently getting on to Universal Audio ecosystem because of your Luna tutorial video. Just ordered an Apollo Solo and a MacBook. I feel under your tutoring I would really learn fast. Please tell me.hownincsn become your student.
@@TheSteveKinney 💯 percent true Time Machine is great as well, I like the analog tone it gives to the vocals and it basically glues everything together which is really cool, I’m gonna get rabbit tape and Time Machine first and have some fun with it.
There is an option for freeze. Which is like the non committal ex girlfriend way of printing. You can freeze up to any insert in your chain. The only way to bounce in place is to bounce - and then import in place.
Thank you so much for this awesome run down of the plugins! You are a true studio animal ;)

Luna is truly fun. There is certainly some features that aren’t there yet. But it’s allllll happening in time.
IMHO it’s a much better system overall.

@@TheSteveKinney Going to really soon, after seeing this video definitely gonna get them 😂
And my favourite is rabbit tape it just adds that unique texture and the interface looks super clean as well.
@@timdaniel7745 rabbit tape rules.
I also love Time Machine. It’s subtle, but TOTAL gives the sound of 80’s machines.

Hello, Is there way to bounce in place or print audio effect in luna?
