They need a hot spot. I reason for people to come out. Right now all the resorts are just meh. They are nice but it doesnt stand out. I like the Strat because of the rides and tower. Craziest rides in the world! But the area is poopoo. The resort itself looks super jazzed up but that block needs some help.
Circus, Circus and the Fashion Show Mall are 2 spots that offer FREE parking with absolutely no strings attached. But the former is a bit north for some while the latter requires you to leave the lot at mall closing, which varies between 7-9pm. The Wynn's free three hour parking - not just for locals, it seems - is great if you want to enjoy a nearby show or restaurant/buffet - but probably not both. The two Islands - Treasure and Ellis - apparently do not charge for parking. I'll be in Vegas in August and give an update. There is a certain mediocre hotel off strip where one can apparently park free. I won't divulge it now - nobody's taking my spot! - but I will when I return.
This is a great video. I visit Vegas frequently thought about the free pool as well as parking at the Sahara and then taking the tram to other locations on the strip. BTW - like you guys, I lived in Florida for 2 years and was so happy to come back out west.(Phoenix, AZ) might move to Vegas eventually.

It's not 24 hours. If I remember correctly the hours of operation differ each day. I'm pretty sure they have it listed on the website though if you Google it. 😁

For those who don't know, if you are "Pearl" level in the MGM players club, you get free parking. And if you get the MGM Mastercard, you are automatically upgraded to "Pearl". That is a lot of free parking lots on the strip. I think Caesars has a similar deal on parking with their credit card. MGM "Gold" gets you free self park and free valet park as well. Not like the good ol' days of free parking everywhere.

I think he best thing I did was open an MGM credit card. (which I never use) However it is a no annual fee card and it gives you Pearl status with free parking at any MGM property.
My favorite Downtown "free" parking is at the Fremont. They have free Valet parking. Very convenient to the Fremont experience. I always spend in their casino. Be sure to tip the valet attendants well, to insure they keep this service for guests and visitors.
Lol! No joke would eat tacos every day if I could. I tried to convince Eddie to try Tacos Pastor next door so I can show something different. But he wasn't having it. lol.
Great to see you again Dani and I can’t thank you enough for another fun tour around Vegas, now one thing I really miss is the pirate 🏴☠️ show that used to happen outside the Treasure Island Resort also I loved that you showed the Circus Circus hotel because I haven’t see it since I was a teenager and I loved the fact that it sill has its same old charm from back in the day and one time when I went there I got a roll of quarters to play the quarter slot machine so I went to one put in my first quarter won $100 dollars then I went to another slot machine put in my second quarter won $400 dollars cashed it in and took the money home with me anyway thanks for a great time, now with that peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Dani and Eddie and I’ll see you on the next Vegas vlog adventure also stay cool out there peace ☮️ out ✌️

I will be there on the last weekend of june. Since our stay is off strip we coordinate the areas where we can park for free and figure which properties to go

Thankfully, locals have a few more options. Not much but it helps. Even the few more hours we get at most resort is helpful. But sometimes I'm running back to my car at a sprint to make it on time lol.
Hope it's Treasure Island because I plan to park there free while seeing Jerry Seinfeld Aug 9th at Caesar's. Hate to return to TI at 10pm and find my rental has been towed...

A few resorts do a few hours. Most likely MGM and Caesars it's only one hour but I think while researching for this video I saw fountainebleu and Venetian still give you a few hours. As a local I get a few more hours... But I still often find myself sprinting back to my car to make it in time. Lol. Wanted to focus on all day parking in this video at least.
Yes. I updated the title, description, and highlighted a comment mentioning the change. They updated parking as of yesterday (this was filmed and edited before they changed it or had a mention on the website). I got the free parking 3 days ago! What a bummer. 🤷🏼♀️ So 4 hotels left on the strip. 🥴

I laugh when I hear people complain about parking. Try living in a high rise in a city with no parking and having to repark your car every few hours during the day. I’d pay for parking.
From what I heard from Vegas Advisor at Resorts World you now need to be at a higher tier rewards to get the free parking.
WTF! We went on May 30th (3 days ago) and got free parking. I just looked it up and parking fees changed as of yesterday, June 1st. 😩 Wow.

SouthPoint also has free parking, although it is technically south of the Las Vegas Strip.

There's a very small garage in the back. I think security was thinking I was looking suspicious so it didn't go all the way back to show it. 😜
