- Sometimes RVing can be the dumps...a little crappy...some might call it a sh** show. We got it flowing and on the road again. West Virginia is absolutely beautiful!

Tree tubes protect saplings from deer damage. When trees get large enough they are removed.
It's no joke 11 nights in a tent and with a 6month old baby you are a tough mama 😊
I haven’t been tent camping, but really old pop up camping. Peed in a bucket, and boiled water to wash dishes. Since we got a fifth wheel, it’s glamming, all the way. Since my husband passed away, I did try camping without him, but it wasn’t fun anymore. But Cilla, I’m with you.
Camping always gives you time to remember and talk about great memories love this❤
I ❤ Bluejays! They are beautiful! 💙🩵🤍
Y’all took the DITY move to the next level. My husband and I have made several military moves and we laugh at those memories of chaos we share.
9:42 definitely trees - they’re young saplings so the tubes protect them, and then get removed as they get stronger. If necessary some of the trees will be repositioned before they get too big to allow more space as they mature, but putting them that close together is common practice as it keeps the orchard compact and easy to tend to for the person looking after them
Bluejays and Cardinals are one of my favorite birds
Cilla, I'm a middle aged grandma with a high functioning autistic adult son. I have my own Class C motorhome and I just spent 9 days SOLO camping! Some of it was boondocking, some at campgrounds. I've done all my own hookups including the grey and black water draining! 😊
Awesome! Keep going girl and enjoy your time❤❤❤
We love heading out in our 5th wheel trailer and can totally relate to the tank dumping. You had me laughing so hard that I had to pause the video, take my headphones off and explain to my husband why I was laughing. Had him laughing too! Thank you for that. 🤣
Glad you enjoyed it!
I went tent camping once in my life. That was enough for me 😂
I just love you guys!!!!!one of the best parts of my day
11 straight days camping with a baby! Girl, I can't even imagine how hard that was. Kudos to you!
As a kid, my family had a Coleman popup camper. We camped many weekends every summer plus a vacation of about 2 weeks.
We went through everything. A storm that tipped our camper over. Luckily, we were in the car driving looking for my brother, but that's another story. I was 6 when we bought it. Eventually, the cables that raised and lowered the top broke, and we carried backup wood slats. A table bed broke on our 3 week vacation, and my dad found the perfect size piece of firewood to prop it. We found bats that decided to winter in the camper and ate through the canvas side. My dad fixed everything except mom and I fixed the canvas. I remember the day when I was 17 and the young couple came to buy the old thing. I think my mom cried. The memories. Mom and dad upgraded to a used Scamp trailer that was hilariously tiny. That lasted a couple of years, and they finally bought a 32" RV eventually renting a permanent site and spent weekends and then 10 whole weeks when they moved south and came back to Wisconsin for the summers. They did that until my dad passed at 79.
I found a candle on Etsy and Amazon! Fresh cut hay! They also have it in a wax melt
Love you guys. Keep posting
Could the green poles be for grapes or beans
Dear, thank you for sharing and enjoy your Saturday. love you Miss Abbie 💜❤️🙏👋👍
I did a summer internship last summer in Jackson Hole and found hiking a new hobby along with running which I already do. One of the hikes with my supervisor and roommate was around Jenny Lake and was about 8 miles and I did the whole thing. The most I’ve ever ran was about 5 miles.
That’s a vineyard. The poles in a row. The vines grow along supports attached horizontally along the poles. Vino! 🍷🍷🍷
Love your channel !!
In south Jersey we call it pork roll and Taylor’s is the brand of choice, hence Taylor’s pork roll
Apart from the clog ew!! another great video. I have never been camping and will be 60 this year. Asa I would say Cilla got older and wiser. Blessings.
Love ya, Cilla …. It doesn’t matter if you don’t like tent camping as it is a personal choice! Must admit, I prefer a camper too! 😘
Sounds fun❤
Me too Asa...cup of coffee and a hammock! 😅 camping us for relaxing 😄
I don't know why people give Priscilla such a hard time. You guys are both amazing parents. Thanks for sharing your adventures.
Blue jays are so so pretty
I'm so not a city girl, I'm a proud country gal. And I live in a little city. I hate it. I've done many outhouses or bushes, washing up in a creek or lake, and all that. Loved it❤
I grew up on a farm. I remember that fresh cut hay smell. Spent a lot of my summer in the hay fields picking up hay bales. Too scratchy to lay in. If I find a candle, I will let you know.❤
The smell of clover and alfalfey is the best smell
Im 49, 2 years we did a road trip from NE MT to Ft Leonard Wood, tent camping the way there and back, all at military base campgrounds. It was great fun!!!!
beautiful blue Jay
I gave up tent camping the night I crawled out of the tent to go up to the bathroom and found myself face to face with a skunk! I told my late husband right then and there that I was done tent camping! We went home, and two days later, we were the proud owners of a Coleman popup with a cassette toilet! 😊
Am fan from Edinburgh ❤❤❤
Hi Abbie and family, the breakfast looks delicious, how y'all trip going so far, hope y'all are having a wonderful friday and stay safe out there🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️🤗❤️
That blue jay was beautiful! Sorry you guys couldnt sleep but glad you were able to relax and get through it! Abbie thats my kind of moment too, just laying in the hammock in the shade in the woods, so peaceful! Im glad you guys are continuing to enjoy yourselves! ❤😊
BTW there is a candle according to google that says it smells like a fresh cut hay field...
That’s a blue Jay. Very common in the Toronto area. ;) lol
I have been tent camping almost every summer since I was a baby, I'm 39 and I'm almost done with the tent thing we tented last summer with a 8 month old, this summer with a 21 month old. I can't wait for this summer but would love a trailer some day soon 😊
In stocks forest we use to have out houses and for showing was taking a bath in the lake and we had a 10 man tent with 2 adults and 8 kids 10 of us 😊I called us the 19 little Indians
I love her love for food
Bluejay , we have many come to our deck each morning !
We had a pop up tent camper and my brothers didn't snap the girls side together right and I fell out. Shortly after that was when my mom demanded hotel vacations.
Blue Jay 🐦
Toronto Blue Jay's baseball team ⚾️
🍎 trees, maybe?
Abbie, you looked like a model sitting on the picnic table. 🤩
Pole beans? Green beans that grow up around the poles? The bird is a blue jay and are the bullies of the backyard birds....pretty though!!!
Thank you I didn't know about the blue Jay's I have alot in my backyard they be messing with the other birds lol
Such bullies! They even bully my cat! 🐱
Cell service in wv can be spotty. When I was there in October of last year it was rough a couple of times. I plan on moving there when I retire. Use to play in the hay when it was a crop on the farm.
I bet you could make some amazing pancakes on that griddle! ❤
I am an hour and 45 min from fancy gap .. got stuck there one winter it was so slick they closed 81/77 down
A blue jay. My favourite bird.
I spent my whole childhood camping in a tent in wales . I think once or twice in about 14 years my dad could afford a caravan but you still had to walk to the toilets and one shower block lol fill the water from the one tap on site . I can safely say they were some of the beat holidays we ever had . This was in the 70s and 80s
Looks like a blue Jay ❤
This could be hops also, but I believe hops grows up a bigger pole than those ones
You've got a pretty little Bluejay!
Fresh cut hay is my FAVORITE smell in the whole world!!
Seeing the hose, makes me think of the scene in the movie R.V
That bird? 😮 As a Torontonian, my skin is crawling 😂
haha only another Canadian would get that!
I hope you’re having a great summer. I love watching your videos. You’re the sweetest kindest family ever.🩵💚🩷❤️🆒💯🤩😎
Looks like you're headed back. I can't wait until the next excursion. Will you be doing NY State as part of New England? If so - and you're not doing Buffalo/Niagara Falls out west then at least go the central route up I-99/Rt. 15 in Williamsport up to Wellsboro, PA and the PA Grand Canyon. It's so much more scenic than I-81 past Harrisburgh and Scranton and much less congested that I-95 through NJ. After that, spend a day either in Watkin's Glen or Ithaca, NY. There are hotels there for Priscilla and hiking for you, Asa. We've done Air BNBs on Seneca and Keuka Lakes and love visiting the many wineries up there.
Used campgrounds shower last Sept...was the fastest shower I ever took...spent most of the time swatting mosquitos away.
Just look for a candle that smells like alfalfa, that is the sweet scent that smells like a grassy honeysuckle.
Dude it’s called Taylor ham in North Jersey. Pork roll every where else.
I look up fresh cut hay candles on the internet and they have a whole bunch of them with that scent!
I’d love to see tent camping Maas pics!!
Yes pork roll is a NJ thang 😂
Seems a lot are small businesses for the fresh cut hay but found some on Amazon! And wax melts ❤
Cilla when she sits there, it says she pulls down her pants so funny she says it right on camera. She cracks me up.
I can’t wait to see Abby to go off to go camp video ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Virginia! My area! Welcome!! I don't do tents!! That is just not happening!😂 Naps are the way to go Ab! Smart girl!🥰🥰 Have a great Friday everyone!!💚💚
Wv is beautiful i lived there for 4 yrs
I just love, love, love when a new video pops up from your family to watch.
Love ya abby
Yankee Candles might have a sent like that. Give them a try 💕
Have you guys seen the movie RV, with Robin Williams? I highly recommend!
it might be for corn- we grown a tun of corn but June or even May (not sure when you went) are early
Taylor Ham! 🤣🤣🤣
I now have been humming country road for half an hour lol
Those green poles remind me of either beans or grapes.
They call it Taylor ham. 😂 i lived 20 min away in NY for 25yrs and never heard of it until I moved to jersey. Lol
I feel like I’m watching that RV Vacation film
I choose my sleep over food all day. Lol
Those are to protect young trees from deer and other animals that will damage the trees. When the trees are big enough, they will be removed.
The title. That was me last night too.
Using Too much TP. Cut back and run the water longer when you flush. That will prevent those clogs. We learned that after 20 yrs of RVing.
Maybe that deer has that deer wasting disease.
We definitely don't use too much toilet paper, I keep water in the tank all the time, and flush it regularly. I've seen people have issues with their black tank and that's not something I ever want to deal with lol. Fortunately it was just a small clog and flushed through...I was a little worried lol. I think you're right about the wasting disease.
Make sure it isn’t multiply and the type that dissolves or mulches up easy in there
@@mustlovedogs5569It’s RV toilet paper
The bird is a Blue Jay. We have them in Colorado.❤
Looks like stakes for Christmas trees
Cilla please put your phone up enjoy the family
She also has to work on her vacation. She's enjoying her family!
she’s working she’ll be ok
It’s called a job. Paying bills doesn’t magically happen.
hopefully their upcoming cruise will be no-work vacation. but these days when ya gotta work, ya gotta work, unfortunately.
Ha, the upcoming cruise will be A LOT of work actually. I will be creating tons of content for AOTS. Priscilla never really takes a vacation. I think she would develop anxiety if she did. Fortunately she has the ability to multitask like a boss and she can spend quality time with us and do her job.
Google it!! They actually do have fresh cut hay sented candles!
Anywhere in NJ its called pork roll. Im in south jersey
Bluejay, Baby!
Perfect family abbei ❤❤❤❤
I’m pretty sure, that those green sticks will have wire going from one to another and it’s called trellising your grapes, your blueberries or blackberries or raspberries, go to
“ Cog Hill farm “
And log at their history videos. I m sure you’ll find a specific video explaining how and why he does it. It yields them more fruit.
Fresh Cut Hay Candle on Etsy
Hey percila and asa how is your trip and have fun. 😊
Have you tried smores with Reese's cups or any other candy bar? if not you won't regret it if you haven't
Taylor’s pork roll is the best. But buying it in the box is a waste. You gotta buy it in the roll package but it’s hard to find.
GREY HORSE CANDLE COMPANY MAKES A JAR CANDLE THAT HAS HAY MEADOW FRAGRANCE
Case pork roll is the best. I’m a Jersey girl and that’s what I grew up eating.
I'm like 5 minutes away from West Virginia State line
All I can say is the most roughing I will do now at my age is stay in a cabin with no bathroom but only for 2 days max lol.
I couldn't really see what you were looking at, but sometimes I think they label different areas in a field when they are testing different strains of seeds to see how they perform over a season. Maybe just to remember exactly which ones were planted where, but it may also be "advertising" to show other farmers how well a Brand or strain is doing. I could definitely be wrong, but call it a semi-educated guess....
Amazon and Etsy have fresh cut hay scented candles 🕯️
