That's pretty close. Thanks for the settings.
The sound will certainly be a little different with different speakers sizes within the code series amps (or any amp series with differing speaker sizes). People also have to remember amp placement both distance from the floor and surrounding objects (carpet, drapes, etc). These things will surely cause a difference in the sound that is produced by any amp.
+Zerosignal0 The difference is certainly there, the sound becomes either brighter or more bass, but the gain does not change. That man said that amp doesn't sounds like this with such little gain and there can not be such sound with such gain, but he did not provide any evidence

Yes, especialy for beginners because you can jam with backing track on your phone, very simply record via usb and nail almost any sound you want with these virtual amps and stompboxes

@@user-jd6rd8cq7k на звуковой с плагинами задержка будет всегда, на цифровом комбо она не ощущается при выводе звука в динамик или наушники
@@DenisMoysienko насколько она большая, это ощутимо при игре просто думаю, что пресеты для любимых групп будет трудно найти, поэтому комб отталкивает?
Я не играю в плагины, не скажу какие звуковые дают наименьшую задержку, которую не будешь ощущать, вроде 3-4 мс не сильно ощущаются. По пресетам посмотри на my.marshall.com на код или у катаны есть тоже какая-то библиотека boss central, как-то так

i have this same amp but i don't know how to shift between clean and distortion sounds while doing any cover. Do i need a footswitch for that?
Yes, you need a footswitch for quick switching between presets or you can make clean sound by rolling back volume on guitar like i did in this video

How long did it take you to make tones ? I’m still getting used to mine
Days, sometimes weeks, and I was still not happy with the results
Also, what do you have your bass, treble and mid set to? You also left out the gate, presence and resonance.

Mate, you saying that someone said it dosn't sound like something, in this case Metalica. And this poor sod may be right and in the same way you'll are wrong. Why? In age when lamp amps are rare, obsolate by electronics ones, we stepping into digital season completely forgetting that guitar pickups are evolving as well!!!
If i conect to your CODE on the same settings with my Ephipone SG special 2 and Ephiphone Goth Explorer it will give two different depths of this sound. You ragin on Ibanez (rg model I assume) and if you plug Iceman(Ibanez) it will sound slightly lighter, still trashy but almost to worm.
And now think how many good guitars are out there with different tone in their pickups, that need to be corrected in amp like this, or processor directly, to get the same result.
Hope I explained the misery of: "how come his settings sounds like Bob Marley when he playing, and mine sounds like Napalm Death whean am shredding my axe"?

You're right, but you can hear and feel the difference in sound when you're playing your guitar and it will be different tones, but not the gain. On the record you'll almost not hear the difference. I have Ibanez RG with ceramic pickups and Les Paul with Alnico II. Different guitars made from different wood and loaded with different pickups with different specs. Can you hear where ibanez and where les paul?

I use a GIbson Flying V, at the end of the day, it's about adjusting the settings to your own personal taste. I bet the ceramic pick ups on my V will sound totally different to the Dimarzio super distortion pick ups on my Washburn Falcon. All aid and done however, I don'tr regard this a s 'nice small practice amp' as I own the Marshall Code 100 Combo, which comes with an effec ts loop and extension speaker cab output. 100 watts is for Live.

sounds pretty good but sounds like the mike is too far from the amp- I will re-watch to see how you recorded
yes, this video was recorded with the phone and the amp was about 2 meters far from phone's mic
They maybe have unsuitable or unstable power causing differences in tone
When I made preset with Alexi Laiho tone one guy send me sample how it sound with his guitar. It was weak sound as if the volume on his guitar was almost off. Pickups on his guitar were far from the strings and to get that sound that I have on my guitar he must add more gain (about 3-4 above)
For some reason when I put the tones in they all sound like a distorted/clean sound. Any way to fix?

+Сергей Прохоренко добрый день. Запись делаю при помощи Audacity или Cocos Reaper, если нужно что-то посложнее, чем просто записать звук. Для управления использую Code Editor на компе, т.к. с телефона не очень удобно крутить ручки. Писать можно ещё через линейный выход, он же разъем для наушников

Every demo I've heard of this amp including the Marshall factory one, it sounds fizzy and tinny. Is it just my ears?
I don't know, if it was demos of marshall factory presets, then it's all ok with your ears )) you should listen this amp live and, if possible, not only with factory settings

I have a code 50 and i cant seem to get this tone. I know the guitar, pickups and strings affect the sound tremendously but i cant even get close to this tone. My amp sounds muddy and no where near as good. I cant seem to figure it out. Anyone else have a code 50 with this issue?

The code 50 isnt such a great amp.Many cheap modelling amps have this muddy sounding issue.I’d tell u to sell ur code 50 and get a katan 50 or katana air or u can even completely move to a VST

Привет. Даже не знаю как там что-то сравнивать, если только выбрать примерно похожие усилители и записать на одинаковых настройках. В коде новая технология, а зуму 10 лет ))) Код конечно намного лучше по звуку, последние 2 года использую зум только как тюнер и драм-машину, ну и как wah пока не было кваки

Man, I didn't even touch the bass, if you looked with open eyes, you saw it. The sound changed because the camera mic was close to the speaker, and then at a distance of 2 meters

Plus the guy recorded the video with his phone so it is obvious that the sound u r hearing is crap and had he recorded this video using a microphone in front of amp, u would have lost ur mind then!
