Ciao veramente tanti complimenti, essendo anch'io un artista capisco quanta pazienza, passione e impegno richieda per arrivare a perfezionare una determinata tecnica 👏👏
I just found your Chanel and this swipe. WOW what a beautiful piece of art, and your drawing of the ocean brought this to life. So talented and can't wait to watch more videos. 👏🏻
LOVED watching your video!!! I can't wait to try this. I'm new to acrylics and appreciate your instructions, especially your tips, so very much. Thanks for the time and work you put into this for your viewers
Beautiful!! What a talent and a joy to watch. There's a trick I use when I paint my house walls two tones, and I wonder if you could use it here. Skip the first vinyl. Do your initial swipe on the right side & let it dry. Then put on the second vinyl over the swiped area to protect it. On the left: paint the edge of the vinyl with your white swipe color to seal the crisp edge, and dry. Now, you're free to paint the left side freely w/o worries! 🌷
Dearest Jenn.....my girl is still the best at your ocean scenes....fantastic painting underwater and gives a sense of calm and peace as the ocean always does...Seahorses are so whimsical and floating so freely in the ocean....beautiful painting my dear Jenn...love and hugs Gramma Donna xoxo
Gramma Donna!!!!! Long time no hear from but I'm SOOOO happy you wrote and reached out :) Thank you SO much for your beautiful kind words!!! I hope you are doing well and staying safe :) xoxo
Hi Jenn. I hope you and your family are well? My question is whether the vinyl cutouts are re-useable? I have just found your channel and love your work 😁
This painting is beautiful, I'm not a painter but I do enjoy pouring, so you may have just inspired me to try this one. Hope that's ok with you. Thank you for sharing your talent with all of us.
I really like when you incorporate several styles in a piece like this, Jenn. The swipe turned out very nice & then adding the underwater scene broadened the appeal of the painting. 👍🏻🌸💜✨
I was watching AB Creative and she gave a shout out to your channel... so I tracked you down and have been watching your videos. I really like the way you talk your way through your art.. making on the spot decisions which have turned out to be the best decision. The Seahorse so far is my favorite... but no complaints about any of your art. You’re very calming to watch. You do giggle/laugh quite a bit at times, which can be annoying but it’s all good 😌, I’ll get over it. All in all I really enjoyed watching you, and I will be purchasing the vinyl for the Seahorse. 👏👏👏👏👏😘🦋
Hi Sandra :) Thank you SO much for watching my videos!! Yes AB Creative has been amazing and I love to see what she comes up with on her channel - I greatly appreciate her shout outs as well :) Thank you for watching my channel and I know I've had lots of people mention my laugh LOL I have some that love it and some that don't and everything in between. I just try to minimize how much but it sometimes just naturally sneaks in there. It's just the way I laugh LOL I'm so happy you have enjoyed my videos and I hope you have a blast creating with my vinyls! It's super fun and I'd love to see what you come up with. Thank you again SO much and I hope you have an amazing day!!!!!
Excellent tip on alcohol cleaning for silicone. One swipe at a time. I have wiped pretty hard and lost alot of colors . Wipe. Let dry wipe again. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 thank you.
Can I use my poly acrylic minwax if I don’t have Liquitex BASICS Gloss Varnish since we are using to help hold vinyl down? I love the swipe back method. I’m learning a lot of new things. Your painting is beautiful!
i just bought some sticky back paper to try other creatures, but i am first doing a swipe back ground to appear like ocean and going to try adding a sticky pre cut shape of my creature , to put on top once it has completely dried, to try another swipe totally different color over it. My concern is whether it will seal properly with the under swipe . so i will try youre technique and hope for the best
Hello, I"m Kelli and new to getting back into art, but getting rather old at life...almost 60...but I'm also really lucky in that I am living in one of the most beautiful locations in the world, albeit arguably
...sorry cont. One of the most expensive Hawaii. I'd Really like to try some of these Painting methods that involve Things like silicone oil and pouring mixtute ( is that also referred to as glue?). I just don't really know how plus the more videos I watch just have more terms and I get more confused, (getting old will do that to ya!) . I'd like to try and find some of the more inexpensive ways to to just get started...can I just try some silicone oil and a blow dryer? Maybe a torch lighter and the rotating plate out of my microwave?!? Hey you might think I'm joking but really I would love to know if any of these things would work because I don't have any spare change. I don't want people to feel sorry for me but hell, it's Hawaii and I've suffered injuries from Working for 18 years for Xerox, and denied workman's Comp. ( They blamed my disc injuries (3) on my having allergies from a cat I'd had a month...not 18 years as a technician), no SSDI,applied 4 x...denied. I am, however, an Air Force veteran! so I'm lucky really , because thanks to the VA, I am no longer homeless and I'm in a new place and now I would really like to paint again. I am So inspired by you and several other artists here on UA-cam, that even some of my pencil sketches are coming out better. So, If anyone has some tips ( for instance, older xerox machines had silicone oil in bottles that had to be added to the fusers). Gee, I wonder if Some of those bottles are still sitting around in closets...? Seriously!, You should see what I can Do with a roll of staple stitcher wire...I'm not even kidding!!! My Thanks to all of those people like you who so unselfishly share their enormous talent and expertise with all the world here on UA-cam. You make this planet a better place! Please recycle!

Do you have a video of what would happen if you didn’t wipe off the silicone, and just varnished it after a while?
