1) You have two number ones ;) 2) I don't know why, but The Chaeos Engine soundtrack reminds me of the C64 Hypaball soundtrack. 3) Nice compilation, thanks!
A great compilation with awesome tracks, about one of the most underrated home consoles in the history. It's sadly why not exist remixes of any song of this top. This songs are masterpieces in the gaming music! Thanks for this video, really!
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Please consider subbing and if you do please make sure you hit the notification bell so you'll receive full updates of my vids :-)
Amiga music takes me me back to one i had my amiga 500+ set up as a kid and i use to play games for hours.Alien Breed,Assassin,BC kid, overdrive, curse of enchanted, project x,gods, lotus 3.to name a few the amiga was just an awesome power house :)
Yes - nice and excellent job from Zeusdaz - absolutely amazing :-) "Nothing can beat unemulated nostalgia!" - No - with WinUAE I now have the fastest AMIGA I ever had, up to 68060 - with VICE an excellent C64, VIC20 - and tons of abandoned Software to load :-) I bought an USB-Competition Pro - and I have the real feeling on my PC - It's incredible to play for example M.U.L.E. (C64) again :-) Now I found a Level-Disk for HistoryLine (Great War) - BlueByte - I'm playing new missions 25 years after release of this game on my emulated Amiga - that's fun :-) So - run an emulator to get the old feeling back - if you don't have the original machine!
This is probably one of the best Amiga 500 compilations I've ever heard including some very interesting gems which I did not know before! Thank you so much for this! It brings back many great childhood and youth memories.
Narbarion Morkhor You should be able to see it two thirds down my main channel page under playlists,...but here it is anyway: ua-cam.com/video/fsbdt0kLedU/v-deo.html I may update this down the line as i've managed to play other spectrum games with great 128k music,...also i now own an original boxed YOOMP for the Atari 800xl,...that has good music too. Enjoy........... Zeus
One of the few videos that play Blood Money correctly, without skipping blocks in the MOD... So many videos seem to jump forward about 1/3rd into the music. It's probably a weird glitch with whatever player those videos used, but this video kept the proper sequence of blocks as in the original game. GOOD JOB!
Man I wish there would be music CD's that has multiple hours of retro game music same way like this. When I have free-time, I love to put video like this to play in the background & enjoy the awesome music.
Thanks for watching, but what are these games you mentioned as they are not in my countdown. Or are you just mentioning them for your own thoughts?! Zeus
Don't forget my top 42 ZX Spectrum 128k tune countdown vid, plus 12hr C64 cracktro video, not to mention my Amiga cracktro marathons,...all in that section :-D What a channel!!! ;-)
Great mix ! Put it when I went to bed last night, and listening to it at work now. Just started learning basic synth operation (using CheapSynth among others) and this is really inspiring !
The Game select of Chaos Engine is sooo darn steampunk is a masterpiece! Joseph got right the machinery running concept between industrial and clockwork
Awesome...Just Awesome. Thank you for the time you put in this, and to share with all of us. Any solution to get the MP3 to listen this masterpiece offline?
Watching a 9yr old vid of music I first heard 33yrs ago. Imagine trying to explain this to your child self who upgraded from a zx spectrum and thought the Amiga was a spaceship.
4:10:25 Also this music is veery familiar to me. Oh, I remembered, I was playing one random mini game with different variation of that song... Or just remix, I don't know...
Preety cool, most of my favorites were in the middle ish and the top 10 did nothing for me however (I was surprised some even listed). Worst one of the bunch : 46 Ghouls n ghosts xD Else wise thanks for putting the list together, it was a fun listen to :)
No problem, glad you enjoyed...well most of it anyway :-) Yep as stated it is the ZEUSDAZ - TOP 75 so obviously it won't be the ideal countdown for everyone ;-) Ghouls' n Ghosts,...I just love the haunting sound of it :-)
SteveFusionX . Glad you enjoyed it! :-D So any surprises? You watched the whole thing?!...well thumbs up if you did. I'm glad this came out so well, i hope it gets a lot more views and comments.
Thanks already about you compiled. A ton of memories recalled :) Interesting that most of these games I played at first I meet already ported on PC at begin of nineties. Some of them I meet on Atari and Mac (MacOS 7.x) as well. And I must admit that original Amiga versions had the best multimedia capabilities (graphics and sound) in most cases. Only some latest MacOS ports was better due to better graphics resolution.

I miss Xenonn 2 megablast, the intro sound was amazing to me :)
thanx Zeus, nice collection!! some 30 years ago when i was about 16 i made the music for Future Combat II (nrs. 70 and 42). you can look on my channel for more stuff from the old days.
Of course I don't agree with the order of things (although your co-No. 1 is my mom's name; props for that). You've done incredible work here, including your informative description. Thanks.
Definitely enjoyed the video. Thanks again for your great work. Where your list seems to be slightly heavy with Pinball games, the Turrican series, and Chaos Engine -- mine would have been loaded with tracks from Shadow of the Beast I & II, Lemmings, and The Secret of Monkey Island. And some It Came from the Desert for good measure.
What a great collection of great Amiga music! This music countdown must be so great that in the description for this video, the music occurrences that are in the top 10 are all missing. I'm wondering if this was actually done intentionally, just to ensure people would view the whole video just to figure that out for themselves. Anyway, great job on creating this impressive Amiga music collection for us all!
Eric Nau Yep, that's true, if you read the description again you will see I intentionally left out the names of the top 10, originally all 76 were nameless as I felt it would be more interesting to see what's coming next, that's what a countdown is all about but viewers wanted me to add the names so I compromised and left only the top 10 names blank. Thanks for watching!!!
Thanks for watching, i'm glad you found it enjoyable :-) The only problem is with your question about making a list in the description is i will feel it will ruin the element of surprise to a new viewer, that's the beauty of a countdown,...you just don't know what's coming next ;-)
ZEUSDAZ - THE UNEMULATED RETRO GAME CHANNEL How about the list now, when this video has been live for a time? I really want to see the game names and click right to the song. :/
I'll have a good think about it over the next few weeks ;-) I need to ask a few opinions first as it will destroy all element of surprise mate. What I could do (like my 8-bit music countdown) is type out the start times for each tune but not state the name, that way when you find the tune/s you want you can make a note of it and click straight to it?!
Hirvibongari2 Hi mate, well just to say i'll be doing the start times of the tracks on this upload this weekend but still will not name the games as it's a countdown, but at least you'll be able to go directly to that track with a click of a button :-) On another note, how did you promote your amiga music upload?! Yours has hit 100k in just over a year and mine has hit 6k in 5 months,...our amga music videos also appear next to each others when searching for amiga music through youtube,..so how has yours got so high so soon?!...any tips or ideas?! All the best, Zeus
ZEUS - THE UNEMULATED RETRO GAME CHANNEL Can't really say. I figured in a comment on my video of the popularity being that maybe the way I have compiled the video is more pleasing to Amiga-fans. Go read it. :)
Good stuff, though I can't see the attraction of that first no 1 song, myself. That one game had witches or something bringing on the hight score board letters/numbers at a time - took forever - who is going to wait for that? :D Loved hearing the classics anyway.. Keep up the good work.
Witches bringing on letters / numbers?! Not quite sure what you mean bud, i don't recall that,...what position in countdown is the game you're on about,...just a number will do,..don't wanna spoil it for others ;-) Thanks for watching!!!
Ahh, do you mean Sword Of Sodan?! I think only those who want to hear the whole music score would have no choice but to sit through it, thankfully after playing the game and entering your score you can just press the fire button. As for the first song, i just love the cool sounding jazz loop.
I plan to do the very first longplay of that game very soon and finally everyone can get to see the whole game,...I had someone from the old cracktro scene create a trainer on amiga disk for me ;-)
I demand you redo this list!!!! No "The Lost Patrol". Joking of course, amazing upload, so many fond memories, you know I love your videos. For me "The Lost Patrol #1 of all time.
haha, its funny to remember that, when i had my amiga. if i thought a game had really good songs. i ripped the song through a program. you start the game, and when yiu hear the son , you restar the amiga and put i a disc with the rip program and there you had the sound from the game i a wave file. saved the sou ds and used it in protracker! it was the days!
Awesome list, appreciate the effort you put in. It's not the order I would choose (especially #1 which in fact is only a real song sampled in maybe 10-15 samples put together, IMO not worthy even of a spot in the top 50)
DON'T FORGET TO CHECK OUT MY "12 HOUR" C64 CRACKTRO VIDEO ENTITLED "THE BIG DADDY"!!!
ua-cam.com/video/hgbf-opvW5M/v-deo.html
12 hour of cracktros... sweet :)
It's not 6 hours. Did you have to cut out some tracks due to copyright reasons?
1:10:10 - yeah, that's a fantastic choice. Battle Squadron hiscore theme is timeless.
1) You have two number ones ;)
2) I don't know why, but The Chaeos Engine soundtrack reminds me of the C64 Hypaball soundtrack.
3) Nice compilation, thanks!
Cheers, yeah both no.1's were joint for me, I couldn't decide.
3:01:45 begins an epic trio of songs!
EDIT: Rambo III at 2:52:27 is an epic track!
4:40:34 is a great song too!
2:35:52 is an absolute classic.
This is SO GREAT! Thaaanks! I remember finishing Jim Power many times not only for the gameplay itself but also for the music!
Thank you for this great collection, I love this amiga synth music, reminds me at my teenager school time. I miss that ;-)
Happy listening bud :-D
The Sound of the Amiga was Great!! 👌
WAS? is still one of the best :)
A great compilation with awesome tracks, about one of the most underrated home consoles in the history.
It's sadly why not exist remixes of any song of this top.

Epic collection man. This is permanently in my music playlist. Much appreciated!
No problem, i'm glad you enjoyed it :-)
Turrican was one of these soundtracks in my opinion but there’s so many to choose from. Total nostalgia overload. Thanks for the upload.

Yes - nice and excellent job from Zeusdaz - absolutely amazing :-)
"Nothing can beat unemulated nostalgia!" - No - with WinUAE I now have the fastest AMIGA I ever had, up to 68060 - with VICE an excellent C64, VIC20 - and tons of abandoned Software to load :-)
I bought an USB-Competition Pro - and I have the real feeling on my PC - It's incredible to play for example M.U.L.E. (C64) again :-)

Thanks for your hard work putting this together! I've been listening to it hours upon hours over the years.
Coolio, glad it brings you joy, you could always sub ;-D
This is probably one of the best Amiga 500 compilations I've ever heard including some very interesting gems which I did not know before! Thank you so much for this! It brings back many great childhood and youth memories.
Many thanks!
This compilation is absolutely AMAZING!! Thank you!!
Beautiful well made compilation. Loved the Amiga and C64. Music is a wonderful time machine.
Many thanks, be sure to check out my C64, ZX Spectrum and C64 Cracktro music videos :-D
@@ZEUSDAZ I definitely will.😉👍👍👍
One of my favorite compilations and I appreciate the effort you put into the video side of things too Zeusdaz, thanks dude.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it :-)
I'm an hour in and so far its a great selection, for me probably the best on UA-cam. Thanks for putting the time into recording this :-)
Thanks for tuning in, hope you're enjoying it :-)
This is factually the best video available on youtube.
Cheers, took me ages to compile, just wish it would suck in more subs :-/
Thanks for reminding me that didn't even subbed it. I was just listening to it over and over. There, it's finally subbed.
Great job !!!
For me best music of Amiga:
Shadows Of The Beast, Disposable-Heroes, Turrican, Blood-Money, Battle-Squadron.
Amiga never die...
Thanks :-) Glad you enjoyed it!
There's also a top 20 8-bit countdown on my channel if interested?!

ZEUSDAZ - THE UNEMULATED RETRO GAME CHANNEL
Yes, give me your link ! ;-)
Narbarion Morkhor
You should be able to see it two thirds down my main channel page under playlists,...but here it is anyway: ua-cam.com/video/fsbdt0kLedU/v-deo.html
I may update this down the line as i've managed to play other spectrum games with great 128k music,...also i now own an original boxed YOOMP for the Atari 800xl,...that has good music too.
Enjoy...........
Zeus
Turrican is great music no matter what platform it's on
In-game Hybris is awesome.
Datastorm is also amazing.
Thanks for the video!!
No problem.
Top notch. Finally got around to watching this. Some great nostalgia listening to some of these tracks again. Great work mate.
Thanks bud, the hardest part was working out what went where, gave me mega headaches at times but glad i got it up here in the end :-D
Fun fact: Amegas is the first tracker module ever made (1987).
Ultimate SoundTracker :-)
One of the few videos that play Blood Money correctly, without skipping blocks in the MOD... So many videos seem to jump forward about 1/3rd into the music. It's probably a weird glitch with whatever player those videos used, but this video kept the proper sequence of blocks as in the original game. GOOD JOB!
Well all the tunes in this vid have been recorded with the original hardware :-)
Oh my god! Great compilation!! Congratulations!
Thank you, it took much work.
A spectrum addition is coming up followed by a C64 one :-D
Monty on the Run, Thing on a Spring, just two of a very long list of awesome tracks released on this retro-tastic machine :)
Year ! Thank you so much ! Realy good amiga compilation !
Cheers :-)
The A Prehistoric Tale music is something else. Never heard it before today. Great tune. :)
Certainly a catchy one, caught my the first time I heard it which actually was only 6 months ago when I received a cracked copy of it.
Looked up about it and it's apparently a very famous piece of music in Amiga circles :)
Welch GEILE Nostalgie, schöne Amiga zeit
Man I wish there would be music CD's that has multiple hours of retro game music same way like this.
When I have free-time, I love to put video like this to play in the background & enjoy the awesome music.
Aw, there are so many neat retro tracks!
Wonderful compilation, thankyou Zeusdaz!
No problem, thanks for tuning in.
Wicked is an all-time spooky one. Clown O Mania's main tune always sounded cool but creepy for some reason. What is the game at 36:30?
Well big giveaway is the name flashes at the top around 20 seconds in lol :-D
Great list mate Epic tunes all the way
Glad you like it, I've also done one for the C64 & ZX Spectrum so please check them out, they're in my "Retro game music" section.
Oh man! Hybris...what a game! What a soundtrack!
Best shmup ever on Amiga in my opinion!
Yes!
Amazing compilation!
Thank you.
OMG I've been looking for the Leander memory detection music for AGES!!!
Great... more please.
Good job.
The best compilation I ever heard :D bring back to memories
+Jacek Rusin
Cheers, glad you enjoyed it :-D
great songs, cheers for upload! Some honourable mentions: Scorched Tanks, Fury of the Furries (Lagoon level), Tetris Pro
Thanks for watching, but what are these games you mentioned as they are not in my countdown.
Or are you just mentioning them for your own thoughts?!
Zeus
Honourable mentions = good songs that didn't make the list.
Flashback options / Flashback title screen are both classics in my eyes
Very nice thanks.
Eureka! I found it Zeusdaz :) Thanks again, I am definitely digging this.
Don't forget my top 42 ZX Spectrum 128k tune countdown vid, plus 12hr C64 cracktro video, not to mention my Amiga cracktro marathons,...all in that section :-D
What a channel!!! ;-)
amazing top-list! i'm listening to it at my way to work. it will keep my mood up! good job!
Thanks very much, I also have a 4-parter Amiga cracktro marathon, zx 128k music countdown and soon a C64 top tune list,...hope you check them out :-)
4:57:42 - Stardust stage loading tune
Great mix ! Put it when I went to bed last night, and listening to it at work now.
Just started learning basic synth operation (using CheapSynth among others) and this is really inspiring !
Fred Payette Yeah I'm quite proud of this upload :-)
I'll be redoing the 8-bit countdown in a month or so.
The Game select of Chaos Engine is sooo darn steampunk is a masterpiece! Joseph got right the machinery running concept between industrial and clockwork
Such a simple loop and yet so damn cool.
Outstanding mate! Brings back lots of memories :-)
Many thanks :-)
Glad you enjoyed it.
nice to see Turrican II level 4-1 in there, awesome track and my favorite from this game. Most top lists only feature the title or level 1-1.
Thanks again for your hard work...🌹
Thank you.
Cool!!! Thank you for this great Amiga music!!!
Turrican 2 and pinball dreams were awesome. There was a tune with a pan flute in a psygnosis game i forgot the name, that was really great too
Shadow of The Beast?!
3:48:17 Familiar evil laugh sample... Oh, right, it was used for Rocks'n'diamonds xD
wow, lots of hard work went into this
Awesome...Just Awesome. Thank you for the time you put in this, and to share with all of us. Any solution to get the MP3 to listen this masterpiece offline?
Amazing compilation. Double Dragon 3 music is amazing! Brings back memories. 5:00:36
Very nice Video! Thank you for this great Job!
Großartig. Danke

A Prehistoric Tale - OH YES! I heard this for the first time here today, and at the moment I'm listening to it about 20-th time today (in work).
Yeah it's a good'n, seemed to have gone under the radar of most gamers.
Oil Imperium, Gods and The Lost Patrol had insanely good soundtracks
Preety cool, most of my favorites were in the middle ish and the top 10 did nothing for me however (I was surprised some even listed).
Worst one of the bunch : 46 Ghouls n ghosts xD
Else wise thanks for putting the list together, it was a fun listen to :)
No problem, glad you enjoyed...well most of it anyway :-)
Yep as stated it is the ZEUSDAZ - TOP 75 so obviously it won't be the ideal countdown for everyone ;-)
Ghouls' n Ghosts,...I just love the haunting sound of it :-)
Leander + Cannon Fodder FTW! Even I have remember how I did extracted both of them by dumping memory :)
Hat off to you, very impressive work :)
Cheers! :-)
adoro essas seleções de musicas !
Cheers, these are my top Amiga tunes, I love them.

I looked on your YT channel but cannot find any 'ol stuff from the days

Just started and we're already onto a winner! Leander had awesome music! :D

I hope you really enjoy this countdown, I put much work into it :-D
Could you make a playlist in the description, like on my video? With song names/game names and clickable @0:12 links ?
Thanks for watching, i'm glad you found it enjoyable :-)
The only problem is with your question about making a list in the description is i will feel it will ruin the element of surprise to a new viewer, that's the beauty of a countdown,...you just don't know what's coming next ;-)

yep, it's called a chastity belt lol.
Whoa, those first seconds of Amegas gave me massive Venus The Flytrap flashbacks.
Some shared samples there, me thinks.
Great tune, not so much the game.
Great link for when you get asked 'what sort of music do you like?' on a date 😂
Awesome list, appreciate the effort you put in. It's not the order I would choose (especially #1 which in fact is only a real song sampled in maybe 10-15 samples put together, IMO not worthy even of a spot in the top 50)
