Daryl always gets lauded as the voice of the duo, but for me it’s always been Johns songs and voice that touched me the most. This song always makes me think of my wife…. So beautiful!
Probably one of my favorite Hall & Oates tunes ever off of Abandoned Luncheonette I used to hide out in my brother's truck early in the morning and listen to that album One of the first albums I ever fell in love with 🦋💗💫
I can't stop listening to Abandoned Luncheonette. Sadly, there are only 9 songs.... but they are all perfection. I love the harmonies in this particular song... makes it probably my favorite off the album.
This song is as close to perfection one can get..lyrics/melody Met Oates right after "Abandon L." came out. The most gracious, open .. just a really good guy and in person their music was unforgettable. As a guitar/piano player myself the best harmonized arranged etc..what a great time to be alive...whoa..😊
I love John Oates everything about him he’s so caring .his guitar playing is amazing
This Wonderful song never gets the attention it rightfully deserves. It could easily rival any Beatles or
McCartney ballad!
John Oates singing and playing is incredible!!! Looks so effortless for him.
My favorite Oates song! Truly, I don't think he gets the credit he deserves!
He just did
My favorite song and his voice is beautiful.

One of my all-time favorite songs. What a marvelous version!
Wonderful rendition of the song. Would have been great to have someone singing harmony with John as in the original.

❤😂it's a Philly thang😊 kt😊XoKT 😊😮
He has a good voice, he sounds folksy on this tune. Would have liked to hear him lead on some/more Hall and Oates songs.
Wish the vocals were om it.😊
It's a shame that, for whatever reason in their 70's they have become enemies.
Not on Oates part. Hall has quite a few issues to deal with.
Lime disease is no Joke. Wishing Darryl a fast recovery.
As much as he wants he or Darrel worth to shits whith out the other one
