It’s not even mine, and I’m thinking 🤔 to do a exhaust upgrade, a cam, push rods, springs and some type 4-6-8 cylinder deactivation delete.
I totally understand!
Great video! I have a question about the retractable side steps: can you extend them out from inside the truck (before driving through a carwash for instance)? I believe the pre-refresh trucks has a button to do this, but I don't see one in the row of buttons (down from the auto stop/start button). Thanks!
That’s actually a good question. Unfortunately I didn’t try it out for myself so I can’t say 100% yes or no. The truck is gone now, but I would guess that it may be hidden within the menu’s on the screen.
That's a beautiful truck. I do think on the Ultimate they should have gone with the painted wheel well trim pieces standard. Still looks great.
It’s a split on some people liking it, so having the option is they best way to go about it. Painted does look better in most cases but like I said some customers don’t want them
I actually like it due to rusting issues. So if you look at most 10+ year old chevys or gmcs that have rust, guess where it is, around the wheel well right there. So what the plastic does is prevent chips and specs that open up that metal to further create rusting. It's all about longevity with them. They do a few other things like put this special rugged paint layer near the spots that rust as well on their trucks. At least the GMC they do because I own a 2020 and notice stuff like that. Btw you can paint them body color to match and look fine too. Then you have the best of all worlds.
They really should have put a pano roof in it
1st ultimate I’ve seen at a dealer. Encouraging ordered mine 1/21/22 hope to see it soon.
Ordered mine November 2021. Nothing yet..dealer demanded $3,000 non refundable deposit. Getting very annoying
@@lukehollis1876 reserved in November 100$ 900$ more when ordered 1/21/22 1000$ is non refundable. Order hasn’t been picked up by Gm Yet???
@@davidhallam4112 no, the dealer won’t even return my calls anymore…last I heard from them was mid feb. They said that they start production sept 9th but they have heavy constraints and have doubts of getting it in this year. They also boasted how they are the #1 dealership in the region. I wish someone would give me a straight up answer rather than the usual run around
@@davidhallam4112 I have an order number, but that means nothing. GM has no production info and I guess the dealer doesn’t have allocation
@@lukehollis1876 has Gm emailed you a production schedule??
Amazing content as usual , kinda made me want a truck but I’ll stick with my Escalade V 😊keep it up my luvvvvv
Sweet truck
Hi Do you need some great lighting for your car to help you better driving, off-road. We're the pro auto lighting manufacturer for nearly 20 year and we're looking for sponsorship!
What’s the price on this truck?
81.6k starting msrp 3.0L i6 turbi diesel, 82k or 83k for 6.2L V8 msrp
@@TrevorATX question is are they selling at sticker. Trying to find a dealer that isn’t out of their minds on prices.
@@535banshee yes we do sell at MSRP. We don’t believe in these “market adjustments.”
@@Stan1le looking to maybe order a Yukon Denali diesel. Something you could order?
@@535banshee we can order it but with a diesel there is a strict constraint for them so there will be a wait before you actually get it.
Basically a S-class jeez
Pretty much!
