how to get into a dealers car auction and how to get access to a dealer license become a used car dealer own a dealership used cars Buy Wholesale how to become a car dealer Ford Explorer Raptor Mustang Jeep Wrangler Chevy Camaro Dodge Challenger
I'm a plumber and I take time out of my day all the time to help friends and family with issues. 90% of the time I don't charge them a dime. I will have them pay for parts if it's an expensive item. I can tell you that when I need something from one of my friends or family it gets done with no questions asked. I hope when you ask for help with something you compensate who is helping you.
WOW $700 i worked for Manheim for 18 years my dad has been a dealer for over 60 years everyone i know in the dealer world would never charge a friend that much let alone a family member........
This video is a little misleading. It says how to get in to a dealer auction without a license. The answer is simple, go with a dealer. No need to watch an 11 minute video about nothing. You can't get those minutes back.
5 seconds in and I resort to the comments. I just saved 11 minutes of my life. Thanks!
Im new 2 this what do the dealer license do 4 u and what i get to do if i had 1 and im my own tech straight up and im late n the game
0:30 he tells you this in the first 30 secs. you probably wasted more time reading the comments than listening...
Agreed but he does offer up a lot of insights.
Exactly! So this dude made is own cousin pay him $200 fee to take him into the auction. Thats fucked up. You greasy.
I'd take friends and family in if I was going. If they give me the cash to pay before I start bidding. It's not a hassle to bid on a car that a friend or family wants if I'm not wanting it for my business. Helping people is a good thing. Plus I'm sure they'll help you get those cars to your business to.
Yeah, I don't get the logic of this guy. He's already there at the auction bidding on something else, 90% of the time he'll be there at the same time his buddy's car is up for auction ... it costs him no more than a minute to do the paperwork once it's all done. The "I make $700 per car to break even, so if I spend 1 minute helping you when I'm waiting for my car (and doing nothing else) costs me $700 to break even for that 1 minute" - mind-bogglingly wacko-math. He's just sitting there lifting his hand when he'd otherwise be just waiting for his car. Even the inspection can be done by the friend while he's inspecting his own picks. I'd easily pay someone $700 for this, and can't find any dealers to go along though. Tis the stupid way many dealers think.
He's a piece of shit. He's way too grown to not know better.
Exactly
It takes time not only to bid on the vehicle or vehicles but you also have to do your due diligence on the vehicle of interest . Plus time and effort it takes just to get the vehicle to the office or place of service . Doing things for free doesn’t exist especially in business. I just don’t get how some can think oh let me use my friends/ family time so I can save money for either self purchase or to profit and expect not to show some love to the hand giving you the opportunity. I’m general it’s your choice how you go about it but those that know , know to charge a fee for time , efforts , and some for being great full . I’m a dealer and I do the same
This is why bidding gets so high at the dealer auctions. Dealers doing favors for friends f*cks it up for everyone, because they're generally willing to pay more than a dealer would. These auctions are meant for DEALERS ONLY! F*ck your friends! If I catch someone doing this, I report them to management. I've done it a few times.
I must be lucky because I go with two of my buddies and they never charge me especially if they are going anyway. I couldn't imagine charging my family or friends.
So they buy a car a car for you everytime you go? Do they focus their whole day around making sure you get a car, sacrifice making money and paying bills for themselves, all so you can save some money over and over? Sounds like you are taking advantage of them. You should take care of your friends without them having to ask
If you can't make money off of friends and family, who are you going to make money off of your'e enemies.@@FlyingWheels
@RealestRealist 🤣😂
We’re all in different positions in life and business, it’s good to have some one that is able to extend an olive branch to help some one out, as long as it is reciprocated. I wont judge and assume that your taking advantage of them. But I wont lie, I’ve taken losses in construction for friends and family. If you chose wisely in the people you surround yourself by, money isn’t the most valuable for of wealth. But then again I’m young and can afford to take risk..
Right that's how I feel
I can't imagine charging a family member who helps me out all the time to do them a favor. But then again, I am not a used car salesman.
They're cutthroat
Used car salesmen are so often the bottom of the barrel, scammers with a fake smile, dress shirt, no tie, and a greasy haircut.
Captain Sweeney sounds like you’ve had a bad experience, care to share lol?? I’ve only bought a new Silverado. Not bragging, just saying brand new car salesmen are the bottom of the barrel😂😂I was 22 and dumb. I want to get a license to buy at auction to be able to avoid dealers all together... my trade is construction, I just see way too many people get screwed with cars they can’t afford or cars that aren’t worth affording. I starve before I even think about taking advantage of some in a tough situation.
@@19993gt well my grandfather is a very smart man. We were eating at a fast food place on the road to their condo in Florida. And this sketchy looking dude walks in with a dress shirt, khaki pants, slicked back/spiked up hair, goatee, he just reeks of rip-off. I ask my grandfather and I'm like is it just me or is that guy really sketchy.
"He's a used car salesman" he says in response.
"Oh. Makes sense."
Anyway over the years I've seen dealerships try the dumbest most ridiculous things. They tried to take advantage of my mom, saying that her **transmission** had a rats nest in it. They show her a picture of one. Except the filter in the picture is obviously not from her car, but she would never know unfortunately. They said they fixed it and tried to charge like 200-400 bucks for that, something like that. My dad checks the transmission filter and THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHANGE THE FILTER.
They make up a problem, don't even fix anything, then charge her 100s for it. Crooks.
In my experience if you want a car, go to an auction yourself and get one. Find a friend with a dealership license. Or go on Craigslist and know your stuff about cars. Plain and simple. Dealers will charge you two to three times how much it'll cost you to do it yourself. I do all my own work on my cars.
If you've worked on an Audi before, you will feel the pain in the next few sentences.
I've done the following on an Audi A8 1998 D2 (V8 model)
Replaced power steering rack
(For an idea you have maybe a degree or two of ratcheting space and those dang bolts are deep in that car. Picture holding your arms up high for maybe two hours in an awkward position, ratcheting a degree at a time on a fine thread 2" bolt. Whilst your brother holds a snake camera so when the ratchet inevitably slips off you can get it back on again.
Timing Belt
Turns out the camshafts don't have keys on the gears so as soon as I untightened it bam lost my timing positions as the cams snapped back to rest.
I posted a video on my channel detailing how to do this actually. That was my entire summer.
But if I took it to a dealer forget about it might've as well bought a lightly used newer car from a dealer lol!
It cost money. Auction fees, transport fees ect..
loosing your focus on bringing your cousin but here you are making a youtube video for real
This guy is absolutely rite on with the facts..I've been doing this 20 yrs and the rules are the rules..dont fall in love..dont get bumped..be familiar with the seller..great job explaining how difficult it is to do someone a favor as well.
Got to go a few times and also worked for Brother's Auto Action as a repo man. I asked a couple times if I could buy and they let me. The rule was I couldn't sell it for a year. I kept both for over 3 years each. I knew I was a lucky person.
Imagine asking your cousin for a favor and him making a whole video about it i guess u never have to worry about him asking agian at least
😂😂😂 . He even said that his cousin does everything for him .
LITERALLY. He's making it seem like its such a burden on him. Cringy UGH.
HE'S GREEDY AND MONEY HUNGRY
You charge your cousin? Geez. If it is so inconvenient (mentioned 6 times), don't do any more "favors" for people.
You are one cold SOB, Glad we are not related.
Uh, Not to be a jerk, but allow me to point out something to you ... SOMEBODY once took the time to show YOU the ropes too ...
That’s it true
That’s not true people can learn to do things alone
One of my family members is a dealer I am more than grateful for him always bringing me when I ask. I know it takes a lot of time during his day to even bring me
Insurance Auto Auctions are all over the country and they are open to the public. They charge a $200 annual registration fee for public buyers and dealers prices are not much less than public.
Are people allowed to start or drive the cars at the insurance auction
@@MissMiaAfroGoddess In Arkansas you can start the cars but you can't drive them. I'm not sure about other locations.
if hes helping ya in the shop ... why even charge him....
J Pogera Because he’s a car guy...and car guys are scum. My family has been in the car business for decades...and yes, dealers are all scumbags lol
J Pogera you must have a good business if you saying so, oh wait you don’t! Because you don’t charge people money for your work
I am sure he pays the cousin for what he does at the shop, so he is not indebted to him financially. Plus he explained buying for a friend costs him $700 and he loses $5000 in potential profit because he doesn't have time to buy cars for his dealership. That favor costs him time, energy and $5,700.
Geschäft ist Geschäft
I have been to auto auctions with a local dealer. If I buy, I pay him $700 for allowing me to purchase under his license. No big deal to me...only fair IMO
I'm glad we're not cousins.
I was going to say the same thing. He says it's a huge favor for him to take someone into the auction with him...but that favor just costs his cousin $700. I get a feeling this guy doesn't do favors for anyone.
He is a smart guy businessman.
Nothing is free unfortunately.
My uncle doesn't even want to do this for me. Atleast this guy charge 700.
Me too😁
Pretty much you got a respect his business and what he’s doing for you and if you don’t want to do it for you well that’s your problem that is not being rude just saying you know
I wish I was his cousin I'd pay him a 1000
A LOT OF AUCTIONS HAVE " PUBLIC NIGHT" ONCE A WEEK. HERE IN HOUSTON WE HAVE 3 LARGE AUCTIONS THAT I KNOW OF. HOUSTON AUTO AUCTION IS OPEN TO PUBLIC ON THURSDAYS BUT ON TEMPORARY HOLD BECAUSE OF COVID.
I saw the movie Pineapple Express and couldn’t remember the scene. I loved the movie, thanks for the reference. I love that grandpa has time to spend with his grandson. You are awesome Craig.
Thank you Craig. Your video was informative.
Ive purchased 2 cars from auctions after going with an individual that charged me about $300. It worked out ok both times. I saved money.
Wow dude, way to rip of fam! I've gotten cars from Mannheim with a broker who charged me $375.00 and I saved over 3K!!
how did he bringyou in
how much do they sell for their ?
I have also purchased 2 vehicles from Mannheim through a dealer. It was easy. Yes, I did view and drive the vehicles before purchase. Cost was similar to Doctor Ya Ya.
He saved him over $6k
Quick question . Do you know if dealers pay sales tax when they buy cars from auction ?
My dad and I bought two Camrys (95 & 99) 11 yrs ago from the auction. We had a great experience there, and we got them really cheap. I like the idea of buying the cars from the auction. Also, we paid $200 to the guy on each car to get into the auction.
Best advice towards the end: set your budget and don't fall in love with A car. There are 1000's exactly the same as the one in front of you......
I had family in the car biz (not purchasing) and when looking for various vehicles over the years I was offered to go many times if they couldn't locate one through the dealer network. Always ended up finding something in their or another dealer inventory. (or on my own).
Another good fact: YOU are buying bidding on it. IT doesn't matter to you, you have no interest in the car whatsoever so there's no emotion involved. I used to go to auctions all the time and stopped because people (general public) are freaking idiots which is what the auction houses love.
The last one I went to (telling you how long ago) was for a store that went out of business. They had 100's of TVs. So this is in the CRT days and they had 20" and the most popular at the time, 26" RCAs. So the 26" come up. They open the bidding, they say AT the beginning, they have 40 tvs....People start bidding. They go up to RETAIL (which at the time was $400.00) they ask the winning bidder: how many do you want? 1. They start again, the same boneheads start bidding, drive the price up to $4000 "how many do you want"? 1. Start again....One of the bidders was right next to me I said WTF are YOU doing? DON't BID..."but I want one" you moron, if you bid $100 and no one else bids, you get it for $100. If that idiot over there bids $100 he gets it for $100. They have FORTY of the damn things and 4 bidders!!!! After the 4 bought then for $400 each they moved on....
There's a popular auction place up where I live. They have dealer only and public. The problem is the dealers can go to both. Trucks are hot up here and have been for 10+ years. With the diff in the money it is profitable for US dealers to come here. The price of used trucks is through the roof because of this. They buy all the good stuff and it is only crap that's left over. I mentioned this in another video: just last week a Truck sold at auction for over retail.....plus fees it is WAY over retail.
ive been to many fleet sales at auctions here without a license
it's a actually a lot of fun seeing the action.
it would blow yourmind what cars sell for at auctions.

Good to see you helping someone out with your dealers licenses 🙌🏽
As someone who has done the whole auction hustle countless time. He is making way too big of a deal of out of taking a friend to a auction. 700 for ?overhead? And I'm sure that's after the auction fees..smh
The dealers in my area will take people in for $100
What state?
ED Blaskowski
I used to work for a used car dealership and get wholesale cars through them, I just go to IAA and get cars cheaper and some are clean title, I haven't bought a used car from a dealer in years knowing their tricks of the trade.
Yeah, they will hook you up for a couple of hundred bucks.
Make Money Online is IAA better then a dealership auction? My boy let me in with him at the dealer auction and some of those prices were a steal.
People that do that dumb shit hurt the business .. I understand if you're making a grand or 2.. but for $100.. ridiculous
I've been following your channel since you had like 20k subs. I recently was able to go to a dealer only auction with a good friend of mine and I am hooked. I cant wait to go again. I want to obtain my own license and pursue starting my own business. Its not work when you are doing what you love. Thanks for the informative vids, I've watched every one and love the channel. I hope to one day be on your level and enjoy having my sons there with me. Keep up the good work brother and thank you for the inspiration.
Just get your own dealers license it’s easy . Hardest part was finding a office to rent with two parking spots..
what are the requirements for a dealer license?
it takes a lot of money?
Thanks
Lmfao its 20k to get one here in Pa
In Wisconsin you need
Permanent building that:
Is not a residence.
Has an office space inside.
Has an area of at least 12 feet by 20 feet for vehicle display, preparation, and repair within the building.
fill out the Salesperson/Representative License Application
Proof of your $50,000 surety bond OR letter of credit
and any other accompanying forms.
Very, very expensive in NY
Depends on state. Illinois is a PITA
I go in dealers auctions with my friend all the time, I don't get in the way because I know dealer auctions rules inside out. Sometimes I buy most times I don't. If he buys multiple cars that day I help transport them no charge
If you dont have a dealer license you can pay a car broker for much less then $700 with a cousin like that who needs enemies Lmfao
😂 I'm crying!

100% THIS GUY SOUNDS REALLY GREEDY .. MAKING A BIG DEAL FOR DOING HIS FAM A FAVOR...SMH

Brokers can't buy at dealer auctions. They can buy only at IAAI and Copart auctions ... mostly salvage, and you don't really need them there if you know what you're doing.
You charge your cousin to go to a place that you were going....?....what did it cost you....
Please do not mislead your viewers, you do need a dealer's license in order to buy vehicles owned by dealers, i.e. new car trade ins.
if you don't have a license, you may go through a broker and it will cost you at least $400 per car you buy.
Getting a dealer's license is not so easy. A lot with an office is needed to start with, then you need to get a bond, to name a few. It's not so easy these days.
i know someone that is a dealer and he is retired and buys and sells cars . i been getting cars from the auction for years now i hate going to a dealership. there leaving you in the chair sitting there for 40 mins. he takes me in the night before to check out the cars i pick out the ones i want tell him what i want to pay . its great no stress of the back and forth with the dealerships. he charges $500 since i got a few cars from him i pay him $300
carlo yup
carlo sounds perfect
Charging your cousin $700 to buy a car come on man. I understand there is fees involved but not $700.
Geni kollcinaku for real🤣🤣🤣
You idiot the buy fee alone on 20k is almost $400 plus transportation and psi fee is right about $700. You are stupid
@@SergeyG386 he charged the 700 on top of that
His cousin saved thousands of dollars. $700 is not much money. He spent his entire day helping him find a vehicle. Is his time not worth it?
If your cousin is buying the car and it's not going back to your shop it's not costing you over head , Even if your going it's not costing you.
My time cost money
Its True Its Who you Know Not What you Know ....NETWORK Is Power!
Ok FIRST, don't act like your doing your driver a huge favor here, I am a dealer in Arkansas and yes you may get those vehicles well below cost but the mark up is just plain ridiculous. There are a couple of auto auctions here in Arkansas that once a month allow public only no dealer auctions. I know for a fact on those days they wind up selling waaaay more cars then on dealer only days. The public will wait for that one day a month and save just so they can bid. It's absolutely crazy. Before I became a used car dealer I used to go to that auction.
The guy saves thousands and I focused my day around him. How is that not a favor?
A friend took me to an auction, paid him 2k and financed it from him still saved 5k+ off dealer price😉
Dealer auctions have a bit of vehicle quality control. There are standards such as late model and 4 matching tires. The gate attendant will even check that the radio works when the shuttle driver brings it through the lot sign-in.
Those open to the public auctions will take anything. Some vehicles will get a push to cross over the auction block carrying a trunk load of rusty parts.
A large city will have several auctions, a dealer only and a public. Some have several of each type of auction and they can vary in vehicle merchandise quality, too.
How can the auction open to the public keep a dealer out? His lot man or car prep can do his bidding!
You're right, I'm a dealer in Texas and there's no such thing as the public being allowed to bid on dealer-only inventory, meaning new car trade ins, and cars that belong to other used car dealers.
Some dealer auctions do hold public auctions, but most of the inventory is from the government and many of those vehicles if not all, have been abused badly. For which said vehicles, the public ends up overpaying due to auction fever.
Can U still go now that U are a dealer?
I use to go to dealer auto auctions with my father all the time. They even had free food.
My cousin is a dealer and one time he took this guy he didn't know to the oxen any charge the guy $500 so the guy can bid on a car that he wanted the guy went crazy the guy only had $10000 but he ended a bidding $30000 on a car that he didn't even understand the price of the car and then he walked away and my cousin had to give up the $30000 to pay for the car
hahaha I would have left that fool in the auction Lol
Really enjoy seeing what you buy....great video. Cousin's Explorer is really nice. Congratulations.
My father in law was a dealer for 45 years. I got to experience it twice. Very cool and saved around 5000 on both cars combined. I will say it was hard to keep up with him, everything moves super fast.
My Fitbit goes wild on auction days!
You helped out your cousin...probably like he has helped you out at times. You can't have a friend if you can't be a friend.
YES I DID DO IT ,,BUT NOT OFTEN & HAD TO BE SPECIAL SITUATION , WHEN I WAS A DEALER,,BUT IT COST ME TIME AND MONEY , SO THAT PERSON HAD TO COVER MY EXPENSES ,,,ITS NOT JUST THE COST OF THE VEHICLE,,AUCTION FEES , TRANSPORTATION IT ALL ADDS UP ,,AND PAYMENT HAS TO BE AT SALE END THAT DAY ,,NOT THE NEXT DAY OR WHEN YOU GET HOME,, YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT GOING IN
There are 3 ways to buy from a dealer auction when you don’t have a dealer license. 1) thru a broker) they charge like $350 dollars. 2) there are nice dealers in your neighborhood that if you walk to their lot and explain to them, they will do it for $200 or even $100. I paid $100 to a nice Hispanic used car dealership and he hooked me up. 3). You can be added to a dealer’s account as a representative and you can go and bid yourself. The third option is more if you are good friends with some dealer. The easiest one is the broker. That’s their business. You will find a lot online.
How can I find a dealer broker
I love your very informative videos!!!! I learn ALOT!!! Id really really love to see some vidoes about you buying and retailing Hondas and Acuras!!!! Id be in heaven!!!😊😊😊😊
there are some loopholes however.... CUTTTTTT......
I'm a transporter owner/operator and pickup for my clients at auctions Manheim Adessa ect. I went to an auction on a few occasions it gets real crazy there and I've seen bid wars go up and up on cars that shouldn't of been sold at the price. Auctions are fun and you can get great deals. I just sent my application into the state for dealer license so I'm not stuck at Copart and IAA all the time. Love the channel love the auctions. Keep em coming I am learning quite a bit
Love the clip at thd end! Very informative! Thanks for taking the time🌞
All i can say is that it’s a small world and one day we all need something from someone so helping someone when they need it’s not so hard man money comes and go so think more about people and not money
But that's not a favor. His cousin could have went to a used/new dealer's lot and paid 30k. It's a favor and REAL 'HELP' , when you can pay 3k to 5k. That seems like a mighty expensive auction !!! I have been to auction places before and NEVER known anyone to spend that type of money.
@@sbryant7145 He really didn't get a deal you see the price

I buy 1 🚗 in auctions for sale in 1000 and saleit for 3000..good deal
I hope he painted that car yellow at the end. Side note, if dealers were this transparent on what they pay for used inventory people wouldn't hesitate to pay them when they are seriously shopping for a vehicle.
My dad was tow truck driver here in Palm Beach County, Florida I was allowed to go in with him to transport cars to and from Manheim Auto Auction and I'm very interested in getting my wholesale dealer license
You're extremely good at pricing the cars in the lane. Is it the dealer app you use, the Kelley Blue Book, or is it pure experience and intuition? I'm getting really interested in this business
Experience
One vlog you say Markup is one thousand dollars. You bring a DRIVER, who want to buy a vehicle. Car price is 7,500 auction fee is 150, and then you tack on 700 for your profit ie ele, water, gas, and so on. A friend who never do this to another friend. WHO never was a friend at all.
Not sure what you are saying. However, a break even point is when you are doing something for free. If you are not charging them at all, then you are paying out of your own pocket to do someone a favor. There are inherent costs with every vehicle purchased. You are doing the entire industry and yourself a dis-service you dont charge anything to buy someone a vehicle at the auction. Friend or family
@@FlyingWheels you are full of shit. I have taken my family in to buy cars. As long as they pay for the car and fees then it don't cost a dime to me. If you make family pay for time you are trash.
You can agree or disagree but he gave his rationale and was upfront about it, his point was very well stated and I understand him perfectly well, why should people be so disrespectful
i would do it if i were a dealer. jst charge a service charge if its not someone you want to do a favor for. bravo! pineapple express lol. thank you for the info and being a genuine person.
If its for family my guy u should look out
Just go to Copart, public is welcome depending on what state you go to, it varies or go through a broker to buy in any state-cheaper than $700 a car.
That ending loll.. thanks for sharing..
I understand that your guest would have to pay the 250 auction fee or whatever it is but that seems pretty crappy to make them pay you more to “cover” your personal business fees. It’s not running your electricity bill up for him to go to the auction with you?
"Keep your eyes on the road and your hands behind the wheel" - Jim Morrison
I go to the in Sacramento, with the guy I met 5 years ago and it didn't cost him anything to take me to the auction. 150 is how much he charges anybody, for buying a car.
That's not enough. You have to take care of that guy better. Unless he is a hobbyist
how can you say its a favor and charge 700 to your family really
It's a favor because other wise they couldn't get in the auction otherwise and he didn't have to do it to begin with.
Nothing is free someone is paying so depends on the person how big his heart is
that's the cost he has to pay, what is so unusual about that?do you write checks for $700 to your cousin's if they ask you?
Those are the cars im after. The $600 dollar ones. This Video is worth it.
I like your channel, just found it. I hear you on the fee stuff so don’t worry about the negative stuff. Your channel is informative
I went with a friend who had a dealers license. Where were some loop holes on how he retained one since he was just buying cars and flipping them from his driveway. One time he bought a few Toyota Corolla's that were Avis Rentals . Sold them within a week from his home.
By any chance do you know how he was able to obtain the license?
I don’t take anyone but a driver. I used to tell a few friends when they’d ask $500 a round and they’d look put off. I also tell them they might by a bad apple and that they will be stuck with it. Usually pops their bubble.
yeap, just keep educating the public how to have access to the auction,,it helps us little dealers to sell and make a few bucks.
he is telling the truth, but ease up man we all need a deal erry now and then
20k for a 2013 explorer. they go all day at the police auction for 5-6k

Matt Schobey lol yeah for a smacked up car that has more miles on it from just idling..no thxs
I like your honesty
I think you can find good deals at car dealers. it's clear tour not making a ton of money on them and you have to make sure they go down the road ok .I don't mind a dealer making a fair profits off me ,they find the car, buy it,transport it back. In my state they have to pass inspection or the dealer has to fix it . As long as you find someone your comfortable with and has a good reputation than it worth the service you are getting.
Great video, you forgot the best part ,you get to go fill out the paperwork to retail it to him and send in his taxes and title and plates fee :)
eldo9901 didn't even think to add that part. Have to do that today now
Wanna see some videos on what you fix on the cars u buy!
Love the pineapple express jole...hilarious
Love the Lanos. This was 2 years ago - did you keep it??
I didn't see the savings in the Explorer purchase. The dealer offs $10k off during certain times of the year. Can you show how your dealers license offers better savings.
The auction doesnt always mean savings. Sometimes its convenience and selection. I guess the only way I can show how a dealers license means better savings is the fact that I am still in business
William Payne he got mad but it ture what you saying
I'm curious about the business and want to see another opportunity
What would you like to see?
It's always been my understanding that dealers are there to get it for less so they can resell it for a profit.
You exaggerate too much, I sometimes take friends its not really a pain I actually enjoy having good company i charge them 100 per car. Dont be greedy.
Change a lot since the 80s
I bet he sells that Daewoo for quadruple or more than what he paid.
What's the formula for knowing your max allowable offer on a vehicle at a auction?
Also, any reputable auction lenders u recommend?
Yo videos good Brodie u be sharing good advice it’s always gonna be haters
I hit subscribe because of the ending haha 🤣
I just binge watched several of your videos Greg, I'm sold and subscribed! -Glen
Durr. Keep drinkin the taint
@@snowfreeze give him a break dude. It takes tons of work to make good videos, I know first hand. My channel might suck but I keep trying.
$700 what a scam. Gigantic favor please. All the guy needs to know it’s what he is paying for the car and you when they are going through. He works with you and you talk like he is taking advantage of you, tool.
OMG a daiwoo,i was hoping you didn't buy it...man good luck finding parts
I had my dealers licence revoked here in Ont. Canada (stupid California) because I could not service my customers, I had three Jobs and not one customer complaint. I used to take friends (in the late sixty's) for $100. Family $250. they were more likely to cause trouble and want things fixed months later. Rule#1 the money up front or pay interest #2 twice to drive for me then look for yours. I never told family they paid $150. against their first complaint.
At 700 per car i dont think you will have to worry to much about any one want to go at that price you can go to public cheaper
Good. Go there please let me do my job and I won't ask you to do yours for free either
@@FlyingWheels i am a dealer you sir your not bull shiten any one i tjink thats why your lot is not doing so good or you would not have to do utub for money been selling cars for 45 years save it for your dummys no reply nes-
$750 scam way to much. People charge $150 per car.
My advisor bought 2018 lexus for 20k @ private auction all it needed was new windows and one bumber.
I have taken a friend with me as a driver. It tough trying to explain why the car is priced higher than it sells for. People don’t understand the fees and then taxes.
20 people tell you you're a horse start looking for a saddle
Lol not to hard to understand
Making your cousin pay you? Hey bro no hate but if it’s his first or second time, just do it for free. You said it yourself, he helped you and have been there for you. This is like paying him back. Again no hate
Glad i know a dealer who wouldnt let me pay him around 700$.
THANK YOU
@Flying Wheels what do you think about public auctions? I want to start like that and eventually get a little spot to get a dealers license
I approve of your advice mainly because you got that smart guy face I know that sounds weird but you do plus l seen a lot of other videos on people say the same
Your videos are very interesting. Inspiring me to become a car dealer
I used to go all the time with my brother (GM a buy here pay here at the time) and grabbed a ton of steals mostly on newer stuff 2008+ as older stuff I could grab on a Facebook group or Craigslist cheaper.
I gotta say for all you guys saying
“ I could never charge my friends and family.” Or have friends/family that takes you to the auction and charge you nothing. You’re a freeloader or being abused by people that are not your friends/ family. Unless they’re doing it for a favor and you giving something back in return. If you cannot respect the fact that they need (or you) need to make money to survive then you’re a fool.
