Have you ever been in the waiting room, and seen everyone's name get called out, but yours? The fatigue, the frustration, the rollercoaster of emotions...the choice to surrender. This is Sheila's story. If you're in a season of waiting, you need to experience how gracefully she has walked this path.

First and foremost thank you so very much Kambua for this platform, may the Lord be glorified through this, you are comforting many many women. Secondly Sheila, thank you for sharing your story with us, it is not the easiest thing to do, I have literally relived my HSG experience cringing and relating to the detail, I bless the Lord my mom was with me and was so gracious to take care of me. Your description is so spot on and I pray for every woman who has to go through that experience the peace and the grace of God. Sheila if I may, Yahweh is the same yesterday today and forevermore, He formed you in your mother’s womb, nothing is impossible with God. We surrender all to Him. Whatever the Lord wants to do through this story may it be done according to His will.

Getting to watch this while going through such a journey. It is a this time that I am realizing that there are things we take for granted that we feel come easy, but only to realize its not for everyone. Thanks God that you were able to try as much as you could Sheila. God will reward you some day. Fertility journey is lonely. Some day all of us who are trusting Almighty for a child, this dream will happen sooner than we think.

Yeah i agree on the belly rubbing thing, that thing is so nasty, was on a hospital days ago having taken a friend of mine who is pregnant, and this sister(its a Catholic hospital) and she just rubs my stomach and that felt too intrusive 😢 and too uncomfortable, people should just stop that.PERIOD
"What exactly are you looking for in there, intestines...."at times that is the boldness you need to shut people up and have them mind their business

God unblocked my tubes. How that happened I can't tell... God heals, God restores, God listens and God blesses

I also had the same issues,my fallopian tubes blocked being attached to the intestines and also to the uterus...had a surgery last year and still waiting on God for a miracle...HSG experience was crazy...i pray that nisiwai fanyiwa tena

When i have to prescribe a HSG for a patient, i am soooooo torn to explain how painful a HSG is but i do tell clients, IT WILL BE PAINFUL and prescribe painkillers before and after procedure and give a 1 week sick off/bedrest because many have described how bad the pain was. I realized i would undermine the pain, now i just tell them, it will be painful and some say "You overstated how painful it was " and okay with the procedure. Pole sana Ms Tele

I related so much with ur story cz am going through the same. I have had hsg twice both with disappointments. But what i love the most is your humour how u r able to smile through the pain and disappointments i pray God gives me such strong heart.

Beautiful & touching testimony told with so much grace. Am sorry you went through that with HSG. I had 2 both were painless, I only took regular pain pills before. They were done abroad in a comfortable & sensitive manner. I wish compassion awareness would be more socialized in Kenya healthcare settings.

I think it's good to just tell other women who haven't had it. It's painful and uncomfortable. I don't recall taking pain killers prior. But yes I cried 😭😭😭for the rest of the afternoon. My Sonograph was a guy, zero emotions🤦♀️.
I thank God for my husband, he was there the whole time. God bless him😊.
