    I use peanut butter alot. I used to try and take in more calories and bulk.... now that I've built some muscle mass and am turning 39 soon, I'm content to try and maintain strength, and generally I try to stay lean more rather than bulk. Whenever I'm bulking it's cuz I enjoy indulging in candy and cake and such :p I make sure to train on those days as well and push harder for strength. That said I eat 3 table spoons of peanutbutter every day in my morning buddha bowl :) Love the taste :)

      Ah same I prefer lean over bulking compared to in my 20s

    That's a lot of calories! Mines similar ingredients but I use cow's milk plus I add Greek yogurt.

      I prefer to eat at night too. I can fast all day but at night I have to eat before 💤
