Glad to see you are finally up and walking on you're own Ken, Well here's some food for thought. all the strain, cumbersome, effort to just move around, etc. is what its like in the normal life of a senior citizen, I'm 81 and all that you do with out thinking, I have to make a strained effort to just do normal, day's activities. so keep that in mind Lad! ECF
Hello Ken. If I were you, I would consider an electric moped rather than a stand up scooter. I use a moped and its so much a better option. Pot holes are hard to detect and you do not want to go through this again!

I too have a cane like that. But mine has a small flashlight and handle as well. I can no longer use it since I have no feet and not yet confident with my prosthetics
