I have a video on the kara-cancel demon, which is a great demon setup!
Does this work as of S5? It looks like I'm correctly buffering demon when I try this, but the dummy can jump out after the demon flash every time.
It might not. I haven’t tested it yet
@@NotJohnnyKim They patched out pretty much every -2 demon setup fortunately. Now players need to actually learn dash demon and kara demon which I think is a good thing.
Anyone have a pad setup for a custom easy karademon button layout.
You dont really need a custom setup. You just need a way to hide your inputs so that the demon is easier to do. I have a kara demon guide if you wanna check that out

Way I see it you get way more damage out of 3 ex move combos than a demon anyway. its such an easy critical to counter the risk reward is totally not worth it in my opinion. i mean you are using up a v trigger and your CA bar for a move that does less damage than a few good combos..... o.O
Idk what they are even thinking when designing the demon. Even though it has better grab frames than previous SF titles, its still such high risk low reward imo. Just looks cool. Thats all.
Either buff that damage up and make it actual high risk high reward, or give it invincibility. allow it to go through projectiles and attacks, leaving the only counter to it being a jump out of its way which is still viable and still easy to do against it 90% of the time. Keeping it like this? at this measly damage, just aint right. something has got to give.
Everybody has some solid criticals, and Akuma is the reject that is trying to come for a hug every match getting slapped away by the opposition. He might as well give them a kiss at this point.
Totally useless move imo. Thinking of ditching it completely, i never go for it anyway so many more things to do for more damage. Unless you stun the enemy. i guess thats an option.
