NY really just does have so many options for everything. When I was last there in April we went to the recital of a violin professor’s students at Juilliard because it worked with our schedule. Pre-college division and it was two hours of phenomenal performances of some extremely difficult repertoire… and it was free, to boot.
Always enjoy your channel. You all sounded great. Coming from a rock guitar background, I love that this music is just the musician and the instrument. No electricity required, just great acoustic 😊
Just stumbled on your channel for the first time! This is like my life (musician husband), but with 4 kids and in the South, haha. I just accompanied that Vivaldi concerto last weekend with Zukerman and his wife!
Thanks Katie for another lovely and enjoyable video! You are an amazing musician and I always love to see you and Santi practicing together, and all the pieces that you play are always so moving and beautiful. I play both the flute and the piano and so enjoy the music from both instruments. I do have a question. What is that beautiful piano excerpt that was playing at 9:42 for about 15 seconds? It seems familiar to me but can't put my finger on what it is. Thanks again and looking forward to the next vlog!
Hey! I just wanted to say that recently I've watched a video a few times of the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra performing Schumann's Symphony No. 2 in Dresden back in 2015, and I only just realized that your husband is in the second violin section! It's a really great performance, I wonder if he's seen it and/or remembers it.
how could the things that people say made the universe get here is there was nothing God made it all so many prophecies are being filled from revelations telling us that Jesus is coming back they are happing right now in the world he loves and cares😊
