I absolutely love the Icybreeze cooler, my son search this product on line because l don't have ac in my truck, it would have cost me over 1500.00 to fixed. This product was an absolute blessing, it cools like having ac but the advantage of not spending a lot of gas. THANKYOU ICYBREEZE for allowing me not to suffer in the Summer's burning HEAT!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
I don't know if IcyBreeze will see this, but one recommendation I have is to extend the water return line to the opposite end of the cooler, from the inlet port. Currently, they are so close together, that depending on what's going on with the ice, the water might not have time to cool completely before getting sucked back in.
Good idea. In the meantime you could buy flexible tubing and extend the suction side OEM tubing. One concern would be can the OEM pump of the cooler overcome the head loss of the added tubing by owner?
Can you use the blue freezer blocks that are able to be recycled repetitively ? We are a commercial outdoor maintenance company, I am considering being able to mount these units on the front of our mowers, and blow the cold air directly on my operators during their mowing shifts !
@@REVNUMANEWBERN He says in the video you can keep filling up those "icey boxes" with water and freeze them and then put them in the AC unit. So I would think yes, water bottles would also work. He did say that nothing makes the air coming out as cold as the bare ice though.
I have a few questions. I have the V2 Pro. The remote and power ports are right on top. Are they susceptible to water or sand? Also, the remote and power plug are the same. If you were to accidentally plug the power plug into the remote port, would it be damaged? Seems like it would be easy to make that mistake.
Wonder how long ice would work cooling down a lung room that a grow tent is in. The ambient temp in the room is 73-78. Only need to drop the room temp down 5-10 degrees
Why maintain a UA-cam page if you're going to ignore it? When researching a product, I always read the comments. When someone asks a question and the company gives no response, I end my research right there and walk away. Obviously you do not care about your potential customers if you can't be bothered to answer questions.
Maybe consider partnering with Dometic or similar who make portable freezers to keep ice frozen longer. Would be heavier and less portable but may fill a niche in your market, like the car campers who want it to run for a couple days? That’s not me-I’m interested in this for back up AC in case of power outage (we don’t have a whole house generator).
0:44 is when you find out it's not really an AC but a cooler that needs ice and stops working after only a few hours when the ice melts. And the way it works is not like a freon system with a compressor, like not at all. Just get a portable AC, you can get one for the same price they sell the BASE version of this "cooler", that does not even include the battery.
Especially for my wife, she overheats very easily ! These might be just what I have been looking for, for her while she is mowing our 3 acre property !
AWW MAN I FORGOT THAT IF I WOULDVE JUST BOUGHT THE AMP BATTERY 🔋 I WOULDVE GOTTEN THE WALL ADAPTER FOR A CHEAPER RATE. Smh 🤦🏾♂️ now I have to buy the amp battery separate which makes my purchase more expensive. Welp… you live and you learn
Today is supposedly that last day for the free 10AH battery that they are offering with the IcyBreeze. If you are on the fence, pull the trigger, because if you are interested in the battery, I can't think of a better deal.

Not a good idea in an enclosed space CO2 is denser than air and will push the oxygen out of the room. Fine outside, on a boat or porch but dont use it in a car or indoors. The dry ice would also likely cause the coolant in the radiator to freeze
@@Danielle-nz9tn he means for the fill line, it would technically have more cooling capacity as the ice would most likely melt slower.. not sure how the brass would do against the alcohol tho
I’d say get them, as long as you can find ice for about 2-3$ for 20lbs it’s worth it, bring a spare cooler loaded with ice if you wanna refill halfway through your workday

Hello I have the same problem and I was wondering if you think this would be plausible in a sedan. It is a Chevy Sonic.
You need to set your tent up next to 7-Eleven where you can buy ice continuously
😂😂 i thought it was just mine that was melting the ice too quickly
Get an ice maker.
@@qolspony been there those things are nothing but trouble
Going camping and needed a way to keep my dog cool for a few hours. Just ordered mine, great concept.

How you like that NO answer yet after 9 months, these sellers don't realize a NO answer will mean a NO customer
Just ordered one!
Got one. Works great. Thank you
Will it work with FROZEN bottles of water or does it ONLY work off loose ICE ???

How much water does it take to fill up when you put all 3 blocks in? 1 gallon 2 gallons?

What are the outer dimensions of this box? Can’t believe they sell product with info on the dimensions‼️

Can you post a link of the portable AC you are are referring to? Thanks!

You need to make one with a real compressor in it, I would pay the extra money
Why not use Dry Ice?

Can you use this in a car?
How about bag ice with salt
Would it be unrealistic expectation to use it instead of my car’s A/C? How would it perform by comparison? Is such a thing even recommended?
It would probably work just be annoying to keep putting ice in it everyday. I’m considering the same thing haha
Any tips for preventing swelling of the blocks. I can barely get my 3 to fit because of swelling
You over filled them and the ice expanded. If they don't go back to original size once thawed they never will. Buy new ones and don't over fill.
@kevinphillips1280 not true. The company answered a long time ago. Fill, squeeze water out, tighten cap while squeezed. Works great.
People buy one they have trouble with it they call technical they said they would call back and they haven't called them back yet😢 use caution !!!!
Yea, well the zero responses to questions on THEIR UA-cam page should be a clue on how attentive they are to customer service.

Having a problem already and plus it needs ice where you going to get that in the middle of the Woods
This is not an AC unit. Run out of ice. Can this even cool down the inside of a passenger car?
Where you going to buy ice in the middle of the woods you got to drive 20 mi to go get ice
That's the answer, you run into town and buy ice.
So there's no way to put a remote on off switch on the platinum version???
Yes, there is a remote switch.🙄
Can u use this inside a home without moisture damage???
Yes it’s not moisture air it’s dry
@hunterpinson807 I got me one not to long ago thanks tho for the repley
how long would dry ice last in there?

Why would you need to plug it up to your car if your car has A/C???
For running outside of your car, like in a camping tent.
How long does it work if you use dry ice?
It won't last as long as regular ice. Dry ice melts much faster than regular ice.
Do not use dry ice. If used in an enclosed environment it can literally suffocate you
