I went there for a gig in the Hive there a while ago, I had a caravan booked and it was cancelled at the last minute with no explanation, luckily it wasn't to cold and wet, ended up having to spend 6 hours sleeping in the dunes after the gig until the first train back, luckily it wasn't to cold and probably cos they had immigrants in the caravan park, won't be going to that dump ever again.

We stayed at the sun hotel in skegness we was booked in from 1st to 4th October 2021
At midnight on the first night we got a text which we was told to leave as the council was shutting it down the next morning
Took forever to get our money refunded
On the 2nd october it was full of the people who are still in now
It was dirty run down
Plus on the first night people who had paid like us were asked to leave
Cant believe its still open
I've stayed in many of those hotels over the years and I won't ever be going back and I do hope other people do the same
And our ex servicemen are on the streets
