thats some really impressive performance in metal cutting blades...can't believe how little sparking was produced...went through the stainless like it was mild steel...wow...Diablo is definitely a world leader when it comes to cutting technology...awesome video guys!
These blades are pretty darn impressive. It's unbelievable that the metal is not getting really hot and that it's cut cleanly instead of burred. Nice stuff.
I've been using Diablo blades for quite awhile now and can honestly say that it is the only blade that I will buy. They may cost a little bit more, but when used properly, the beasts just keep going and going. Great presentation guys. Thumbs-up!
Holy s**t! Now that is seriously game changing! I can't say that I do a lot of metal cutting, but I definitely do enough to know that this is awesome! Wow. Thanks for bringing this to us.
I can't wait for cermet technology to be implemented into wood finishing blades. The kerf can be made thinner than a dime with this new technology. It's just the cost to produce these blades right now is still too high.
WOW that blade cut through that angle iron like butter.I need some of those blades.I could use one of the 12" blades also for my metal chop saw but I cant really justify buying one no more metal work than I do.Great stuff. TIA crew
Mind= blown! Seriously, that was cool. I use bandsaws on the job to cut our heavy steels. But this is even quicker than those! Not to mention easier to handle than a bandsaw.Great video guys!
I have these on my mag 77 skillsaw and there great worth the money. Side note to diablo I was using a 48 tooth wood blade if I remember correctly and it cut through 3/8 solid round stock easy as well. I did this by accident I didn't know it was under the work peace
let's see these metal & wood circular saw blades in sizes for cordless saws in 6-1/2 & 5-1/2 and the all metal circular blades made for grinders in 4-1/2
Diablo has really great blade for all types of steel. I still can't believe it cut through those materials 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱. Great video Tia!!!!!!!!!!!!!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍.
Diablo is really impressing across the board in cutting applications. I thought it was bad to mix metals with cutting and grinding wheels etc. corrosion and other things? I wish Diablo would make carbide oscillating tool blades, they kinda do with Bosch making some of the better ones, but a bright red oscillating blade would be cool to see!
Another great blade but he didn't tell us the cost. In not surprised how great they are after watching Dan cut the receiver ball off last year. They really are coming along in the metal cutting.
Does anyone know where to find a good 9" non abrasive metal cutting blade for 1/4" thick steel? Looking for 7/8" arbor with a max rpm up to 6500. The cermet 2 in 9" is a 1" arbor and only 3600 rpm. Its for the flexvolt 9" demo saw
Y'all have got to stop posting Diablo videos, I have already gone out and picked up some of their blades TWICE in the last week...blades I didn't need but could not resist having after your videos!
Tools In Action They really are. May cost more but save a ton of money, time is money as well as durability so I cannot Their 12in cermet blade just eats through metal twice as fast as anything else I have ever used.
I thought he was going to get burned when he took that cut piece of stainless steel with no glove. Looked like the guy who did the cut even looked concerned. lol
jesus what's with the metalhead soundtracks to anything involving metal work?? I mean - i get the joke 'heavy metal' uh -huh ... but its' kind of grating don't you think?
Seems a little shady to jam the saw into the material for speed in a demonstration knowing what that causes IRL. Tenryu makes a better blade and if you push as hard as the kid in the video, blade life goes to shit regardless of brand.
I can't get over how clean and fast these blades cut. The stainless demo was very impressive. That is tough material. And cool to touch! Outstanding!

Wow Diablo is really bringing it. Nice blades.

Why did demo not include aluminum ?
What is rpm max or optimal rpm.

+Bill Bru thanks
More impressive blades from them someone said in earlier video....think these diablo blades would go great with the ultimate tool bag
That is impressive for sure! The next blade I need I will be checking out Diablo first.
I have these on my mag 77 skillsaw and there great worth the money.
Side note to diablo I was using a 48 tooth wood blade if I remember correctly and it cut through 3/8 solid round stock easy as well. I did this by accident I didn't know it was under the work peace

Roof Repair Techs cant do it for grinders, grinders are too fast.
Do these blades work on any old circular saw or mitre saw or does the saw have to be "metal only"?

Could you use these on a regular circular saw... or table saw?
Great video guys I'm seriously considering using Diablo more
+Chase Shoffner Thanks
Diablo is the best in the business that is for sure. Lets see if someone else steps up.

Best technology in cutting metal I ve seen!
Diablo blades always impress me
That's incredible. What's the life of a blade vs your traditional abrasive blades?
Diablo was right when they said they had blades that would blow your mind
Why did you place the link for the Reciprocating blade in the description?
Is there a blade out there that I can put on my 7 1/4" circ saw for cutting steel studs 25ga to 16ga?
Another great blade but he didn't tell us the cost. In not surprised how great they are after watching Dan cut the receiver ball off last year. They really are coming along in the metal cutting.
Cool metal cutting blades!!
See, this is why i love Diablo...and TIA!!!!!
+Al Amantea lol
what is the difference in this Cermet and your 7 1/4" steel demon blade?
Pretty cool, diablos giving everyone a run for their money now, they seem to really care about the users.
Can these blade work on a grinder.
why are they skipping 10 inch most common blade size for chop/miter saws.

Wow. Im actually impressed.
Diablo is really cuttin the competition!!
+Justin Hernandez lol
Diablo is the game changer!
I had no idea a stainless blade couldn't be used on mild steel. Guess I'll be waiting a year for them to come out with a 7 1/4 for my evolution rage
Y'all have got to stop posting Diablo videos, I have already gone out and picked up some of their blades TWICE in the last week...blades I didn't need but could not resist having after your videos!
+JC lol but they are awesome right?

please mention the type of saw used
Do you mean the saw that says "Milwaukee" on the side, or the ones painted in DeWalt trademark yellow?
cool...more awesome Diablo!!
Man that placing of the saw after cutting is scary. what if the guard got stuck ? then off goes the saw running all over the place.
J3AN P3T3R
That happened to a friend.
He set it down it took off now he's four toed Fred.
oh i got it... scary tools btw
good product and review thanks

How to sharpen the teeth manually? My 10" steel demons already dull after 70 times cut...
Hmm, I think these are consumables.
@@Toolsinaction may be i will try it with diamond file or fine wet stone... I will update later...
kinda amazed here
I'm lovin what Diablos doin guys great stuff!!! T.I.A#1!!!!!!
Cool!!!
All I can think of is criminals cutting through virtually 99.9% of all home consumer safes with extreme ease.
That would require them to bring specialty tool. 99.9% of burglaries are "smash and grabs".
They are also having a field day with cordless grinders with cutting wheels.
I thought he was going to get burned when he took that cut piece of stainless steel with no glove. Looked like the guy who did the cut even looked concerned. lol
Now I just have to buy some dry cut metal saws.
and metals
There blades are all I use.
Did he say anger iron
jesus what's with the metalhead soundtracks to anything involving metal work?? I mean - i get the joke 'heavy metal' uh -huh ... but its' kind of grating don't you think?
Stupid lead in music detracts from the value of the video.
