    The worst part for me is that I have hyper responsibility, so whatever the fear is , my ocd quickly convinces me that it’s my fault , that I caused the event , this makes it so hard not to confess . Never fully beaten this but keep trying and your posts help greatly

    I like the idea of delaying g compulsions . I am going to try this , with the hope that it then passes ( a bit like saying I’m not going to eat that cake for 20 minutes and then by time is up you’ve gone off the craving) try and delaying them a bit at a time . I think this might help me more than just trying not to do them .

      Can be a great strategy when first starting to cut compulsions!
