this guy had to of had a governors tag...
ryan d why do you say that it is all public land to hunt and they give out state and military side tags
I'm well aware of that...there isn't a rifle hunt during the rut that takes place out there either through the state or the base. I've since found out it was a RMEF raffle tag he held. No worries I'll be chasing them there myself next month ;)
